一、关于隐性知识理论 隐性知识这一概念是由英国科学家、哲学家波兰尼1958年在<人的研究>一书中首次提出的.波兰尼指出,人类有两种知识,通常所说的知识是用书面文字或图表、数学公式来表述的,这只是知识的一种形式,但也有一种知识是不能系统表述的,例如关于我们自己行为的某种知识,如果我们将前一种知识称为显性知识(explicit knowledge)的话,那么我们就可以将后一种知识称为隐性知识或缄默知识(tacit knowledge),即为个人所拥有却难于明确言述、传达的知识.

In each act or process of knowledge, all components can be classified into two kinds: tacit (implicit) components and focal (explicit) components. This article, first of all introduces the terms of implicit knowledge, explicit knowledge and their distinctions in the process of English language learning and then provides interactive instruction design to improve learners’ communicative competence.     

Process-oriented knowledge-sharing platform for chemical engineering design projects

A process-oriented knowledge-sharing platform is studied to improve knowledge sharing and project management of chemical engineering design enterprises. First, problems and characteristics of knowledge sharing in multi-projects of chemical engineering design are analyzed. Then based on theories of project management, process management, and knowledge management, a process-oriented knowledge-sharing platform is proposed. The platform has three characteristics: knowledge is divided into professional knowledge and project management knowledge; knowledge sharing is integrated with the project process, which makes knowledge sharing a necessary part of the project process and ensures the quantity of knowledge shared; the platform provides quantitative measurements of incentive mechanisms for knowledge providers and users which ensures the quality of knowledge shared. This knowledge-sharing platform uses two knowledge management tools, a knowledge map and a knowledge base, to support the platform.

The Effects of L1 Knowledge on L2(English) Reading Comprehension for Chinese Students in Middle School

Implications of second language reading learning are often aroused by the insights of reading experience in first language.Chi nese learners’ performance concerning English reading comprehension may influenced by Chinese language or English language.This pa per attempts to explore the influence of first language(Chinese) knowledge on second language(English) reading comprehension for Chi nese students in middle school.This investigation concerns over three aspects of L1 knowledge:genre knowledge,reading skills,and cultur al knowledge.It firstly demonstrates the research question.Then,based on schema theory,it introduces the research method and partici pants in this study.Furthermore,this paper presents the data of the investigation along with the data analysis.It finally concludes that the positive effects of L1 knowledge on L2 reading comprehension overweigh its negative effects.

Classification analysis of microarray data based on ontological engineering

Background knowledge is important for data mining, especially in complicated situation. Ontological engineering is the successor of knowledge engineering. The sharable knowledge bases built on ontology can be used to provide background knowledge to direct the process of data mining. This paper gives a common introduction to the method and presents a practical analysis example using SVM (support vector machine) as the classifier. Gene Ontology and the accompanying annotations compose a big knowledge base, on which many researches have been carried out. Microarray dataset is the output of DNA chip. With the help of Gene Ontology we present a more elaborate analysis on microarray data than former researchers. The method can also be used in other fields with similar scenario.
