和谐教育观探微

和谐教育有着源远流长的发展轨迹。我们今天实践的和谐教育,继承了历史上和谐教育的合理内核, 又远远超出了历史上和谐教育的内涵．有了新的发展。其思想体系包括教育与社会的和谐、教育与学生身心发展规律的和谐、教育与学生个体全面发展的和谐、教育内部人际关系的和谐、教育环境的和谐、教育过程的和谐等六个方面。     

构建和谐教育的几点思考

和谐教育是指教育的各个构成要素相互协调、有机统一。和谐教育既指和谐的教育，又指以和谐的方法进行的教育，也指为了人的和谐发展而进行的教育。和谐教育着力追求教育诸要素的整体协调，“五育”的综合渗透，教育活动同学生身心发展水平与发展需求相适应，学生群体发展与个体发展相结合，从而使学生在和谐的教育活动与环境中，基本素质和个性品质都能获得和谐、全面、充分地发展，培养和谐的人。要实现和谐教育，笔者认为应该主要从下列几个方面上实现其和谐。     

彰显“和谐教育”特色，促进学校内涵发展

新华南路小学是一所有着78年历史、文化积淀深厚的国办校。早在上世纪80年代，针对应试教育导致的学生个性发展受到扼制、师生关系紧张等现象，学校率先开展了“和谐教育”的探索与实践。和谐教育就是从满足社会发展需要和受教育者自身发展需要的统一实践出发，以学校教育诸要素的和谐为基础，调节教育的节奏，使其符合学生发展的节律，使“教”与“学”产生谐振效应，促进学生身心素质全面、充分的发展。三十多年来，学校在不断完善和谐教育六大基本观念和三大基本要素的实践体系过程中，提出了“和谐发展，为每个孩子的美好未来奠基”的办学理念，逐渐形成了和谐育人的办学特色。下面围绕课堂教学的和谐、育人环境的．和谐、师生关系的和谐进行阐述。     

《学记》的和谐教育观及其现代价值

一、和谐教育内涵 和谐教育是人们历来追求的教育目的之一。不同国家以及不同历史阶段的人们对教育目的的阐发基本上都包含了和谐发展这样一个重要组成部分。今天，在各行各业，无论是产品还是服务都讲究人人性化、个性化的时候，和谐教育作为现代社会对人的基本要求被迫切地提到了日程上，越来越被人们所重视。从历史的角度看，和谐教育的内涵是在不断丰富与发展的，并不是一成不变的。在一定程度上讲，对和谐教育内涵的不同理解和阐发，也即和谐教育内涵的进步和发展，促进了教育目的的合理表达，促进了人才观、价值观的文明和进步。     

新课程理念下的和谐教育

和谐教育是从满足社会发展需要和学生身心发展需要的统一实现出发，调控教育场中诸教育要素的关系，使教育的节奏符合学生发展的节律，进而使“教”与“学”产生谐振效应，促进学生基本素质获得全面和谐充分发展的教育。和谐教育通过和谐育人、和谐教学、和谐活动以及和谐的环境充分发挥教育的综合影响力，使学生在轻松自由的氛围中愉快地学习，发展个性，健康成长，和谐发展。     

构建和谐的历史课堂

构建和谐的历史课堂，是素质教育的要求。构建和谐的历史课堂，要协调好教师与学生之间的关系，强调教学中教师的“主导”和学生的“主体”关系，要使历史教学方法多样，手段新颖，富有趣味性，要让学生在学习过程中养成勤思考的习惯，并感受到情感教育、美学教育等。

和谐教育是从满足社会发展需要和学生身心发展需要的统一实现出发。调控教育场中诸要素的关系．使教育的节奏符合学生发展的节律，进而使“教”与“学”产生谐振效应，促进学生基本素质获得全面和谐充分发展的教育。和谐教育以课堂教学为中心。强调和谐情景的创设，以使学生得到全面和谐发展。和谐情境包括和谐的教育教学环境以及师生、生生之间和谐的人际关系。所以，和谐教育要求教师必须树立正确的学生观。相信学生。尊重学生，把学生真正放在主体地位。

The Reader Response Approach to Teaching of English Literature

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models. At last I evaluate its usefuiness for teachers and present the advantages of reader response approach in Chinese context.
