青少年暴力与暴力文化相关性研究

当前社会,青少年的暴力行为已经成为全社会共同关注的话题。从美国的校园枪击事件,到中国的硫酸毁容、青少年行凶悲剧,无一例外的揭示着青少年暴力的危害。与此同时,社会中传播的暴力文化比比皆是,无论是电影、电视,还是网络信息和游戏,处处都充斥着暴力的身影。于是人们开始思考,到底青少年的暴力行为与社会的暴力文化有着怎样的联系？针对这一问题我们进行了“青少年暴力与暴力文化相关性研究”的课题研究（课题编号HBSJ20100007）,希望以此来找到青少年暴力更深层次的文化根源,从而对青少年暴力进行行之有效的防控。

新课程实施过程中遭遇学校传统制度文化强烈排斥的现象，让课程理论工作者开始思索课程新文化与学校传统文化间存在的文化冲突、文化整合的问题。本文审视了学校传统制度文化与新课改理念之间的矛盾不兼容性，并进一步提出了重构学校传统制度文化的设想和举措。

学校文化作为学校管理理论和管理方法，越来越受到学校管理界、学术界的重视。学校文化建设已成为现代教育制度下学校发展的一个重要课题。从教育本体的角度审视学校文化的形成和发展过程无疑具有重要的理论意义和实践价值，这会使我们在深刻认识学校文化管理价值的同时回归到学校文化现象本体。

在种族隔离时代的南非,种族主义的价值观教育助长了严重的社会不平等与分裂.政治转型后的南非依托学校相关核心课程,通过向所有课程和校园生活全面渗透等方式,推行以宪法为依据,以民主、责任、尊重等为主要内容的价值观教育,塑造青少年学生既具有共同性又容纳种族差异性的公民身份.在价值观教育的引领下,今日南非总体趋向种族平等团结的愿景,但仍然存在着对这一进程构成挑战的现实问题,如教育内容与方式的不完善、教育资源在不同学校分配的不平衡以及相关课程的教师教学活动的不规范等.

Life in Special Schools in South Africa: Voices of Former Students

We describe educational experiences of people with disabilities who attended special schools in South Africa. We found significant differences in education between White and Black participants in terms of teaching quality, access to therapy and assistive devices, class sizes, subjects, and grades offered. Additional differences were noted between participants with congenital and early-onset disabilities, and those with degenerative or acquired disabilities who moved from a mainstream school to a special school. Thirty-six percent of participants in this study completed their education after Education White Paper 6 (EWP6), South Africa’s inclusive education policy had been implemented. Despite this, findings suggest that all these participants experienced similar challenges as those who received their education during the apartheid era. This study highlights the important need to address the existing “special school” scenario, and effectively implement the principles of EWP6.     

Understanding Integration and Policy Challenges Facing Multicultural Schools in South Africa

Abstract

This article reports on research that investigated integration challenges in multicultural schools. The inquiry followed a qualitative approach, using interviews, focus groups and open-ended questionnaires. The understanding of the integration of multicultural challenges in schools was done through the lens of critical race theory (CRT). Individual interviews were conducted with eight principals, followed by focus groups with 34 teachers, together with open-ended questionnaires which were administered to 82 participants. The findings revealed that policies on school integration present opportunities for integration but do not address the challenges of diversity in schools. The research highlighted the problem that integration is not recognised in schools although it is mandated by government policy. The research conducted highlighted the fact that it is not easy to implement a policy on integration because some schools do not see so-called “colour” in the learners. Schools alone cannot deal with and remedy the inequalities and segregation in multicultural schools, and communities should help at all levels to achieve positive transformation in schools.     

南非现行小学英语课程标准及课程评价

在21世纪,英语作为一门全世界广泛应用的工具性语言,其重要作用不言而喻。作为英 国曾经的殖民地,英语是南非的官方语言,故在英语教育方面应该有值得我们借鉴之处。从课程标 准的框架、目标、内容和评价方面对南非小学英语课程标准进行分析研究,可以发现其课程标准设 置详细全面,课程标准语言表述具有良好的可操作性,且可选择学习不同的语言,这对进一步完善 我国小学英语课程标准设置具有一定的启示意义。

More than one lesson: the Thousand Schools Project in KwaZulu-Natal,South Africa

The Thousand Schools Project was conceived at a time of far-reaching social and political change in South Africa. The innovative features of the programme are acknowledged. Drawing on evidence derived from an evaluation of the implementation phase of the project in the province of KwaZulu-Natal, critical issues are identified in relation to the project's goals and strategies, and in relation to the impact of contextual factors. The paper then examines the implications of these issues for an enhanced understanding of educational development in an African context.     

浅谈中学校园暴力事件的心理危机干预

文章结合国外的相关研究,根据心理危机干预的原则、模式、技术等,立足于国内中学校的实际情况,提出一套实用于中学的整合连续的心理危机干预方案,涉及校园暴力事件的学校预警系统、应急处置、及时心理干预,以及事后干预四个阶段,依赖于学校、家庭、社会等多个方面的支持,重点突出“心理干预”的特点。以期能对校园暴力事件进行良好的心理危机干预,预防校园暴力事件的频繁发生,构建和谐校园。
