化学教学要做到“激，促，创，探”

当前在化学课堂教学中，许多教师把教学过程变成了教条地执行教学设计方案的过程，教师期望学生按教案设想作出回答，学生在课堂上实际扮演着教师完成教案的角色，忽视了学生学习主体的发挥，使课堂教学变得机械、沉闷和公式化，缺乏生气，缺乏对智慧的挑战和对好奇心的刺激，影响着教学目的的有效实施和学生的全面发展。     

高中数学课堂"生本教育"模式初探

传统的高中数学课教学,是以"师本"教育模式为主的课堂教学,教师对学生进行了"虚体"设计.这种模式在课堂上教师的可操作性强,容易完成课堂任务,但教师在课堂上占用了大量的时间,忽视了学生用脑和动手的时间,勿视了学生是学习的主体,从而造成课堂教学效率低下.     

历史教学应将"五权"还给学生

长期以来，历史课堂教学受传统教学和应试教育的影响，存在着不少弊端，主要是讲得多，学生无时间看书；学生参与少，课堂上学生练习巩固机会少；教师目中无人，缺乏民主讨论教学气氛。要彻底改变这种极为普遍而不合理的教学现象，笔者认为必须让学生拥有“五权”，才能开发学生的智力，发展学生的能力。     

政治课课堂设问的五个"度"

问题是思维的起点.爱因斯坦说:"提出问题比解决问题更重要."课堂设问是教学的基本内容,是教师启发诱导和执教的手段.但现行教学研究表明,教师对学生的课堂设问只有10%能够激发学生积极思考.在平时的课堂教学中,经常发现这样的情况:教师在台上设问频频,学生在台下默默无闻,所提的问题激不起学生浓厚的兴趣、积极的思考和热烈的讨论,课堂上缺乏师生、生生间互动的热烈氛围.所以在课堂教学中如何精心设计问题,巧妙提出问题,激发学生学习的兴趣,直接关系到课堂教学的气氛和效果.根据本人的教学实践,结合平时听课的观察、思考和总结,现提出政治课课堂设问的五个"度",供参考.     

由课堂"异类"现象引发的思考

课堂上教师和学生活动时间占课堂总时间的比重，能从一个侧面反映出学生的学习方式和课堂教学的有效程度。通过课堂教学监测数据我们可以看出，目前在高密市中小学课堂中，虽然教师活动的时间大大减少，学生活动的时间大大增加，但是学生的学习方式依然比较单一，课堂效益不高仍然是目前课堂教学存在的突出问题。建议进一步改变教师的教学方式和学生的学习方式，重视学生思维能力和问题意识的培养，加大学生实验和观察能力培养的力度，发挥骨干教师“传帮带”作用以提高教师的整体业务水平。
