创业意识是创业者应具备的职业素养,也是即将踏上职场的大学生应具备的素养,创业意识的养成是一个长期的复杂过程。大学生创业意识教育不应该只局限于课堂教学,局限于个别学生,而应成为培养大学生综合素质的一部分。本文通过对大学生的创业意识进行实践探索,提出创业意识实践教育途径的基本构想。通过对创业教育重要内容之一——创业意识的影响因素及其困难,对当今高校创业意识教育提出建设性意见。

创业教育可以开发和提高大学生的创业基本素质,培养学生的事业心,创新和创业精神。本文针对当前本科院校创业教育零碎割裂、难成体系、系统连贯性差等问题,从顶层设计上构建"123"的创业实践教育体系。通过创业教育传授创业知识,培养创业能力和必须具备的创业心理品质等综合素质,培养创造型人才。
