天津市小学艺体教师培训中心暑期举办继续教育岗位培训班

天津市小学艺体教师培训中心设在天津市师范学校内。今年暑期,按照中国——联合国儿童基金会合作培训艺体师资项目的协作要求,组织部分农村小学的艺体教师参加继续教育岗位培训班。     

艺体有效课堂教学的一点体会

一、学科培训保驾护航 为了提高艺体教师的业务能力，我校定期开展校本培训活动，促进艺体教师间的交流与合作，使教师的业务能力得到了很大的提高。     

创新美术研培方式提升学科内涵质量

黑龙江省鸡西市把美术教育作为全面实施素质教育、提升教育内涵质量的重要内容,并将其纳入“十二五”教育发展规划和打造艺体教育名城的工作目标,通过加强教师队伍建设,完善美术学科教育教学研究与教师培训服务指导体系,促进了区域美术教育快速发展和特色发展。一、构筑立体培训模式,促进教师专业发展鸡西市坚持把提升美术教师专业水平作为一项重要的基础性工作,通过开展多种培训,不断提高本市美术学科教师专业素养,促进师资队伍整体素质的提升。     

激发艺体特长生学习兴趣的研究

文章以广西来宾市第八中学为例,分析了艺体特长生学习兴趣不高的原因,并在此基础上提出了激发艺体特长生学习兴趣的途径：鼓励学生树立远大理想、加强艺体特长生心理方面的教育、学校要为学生减压、教师要树立现代教育观念、不断提高学生的素质、家长应理性对待学生的厌学问题、为艺体特长生提供良好的学习环境,供同仁们探讨和借鉴。

浅谈艺体类大学英语教学法的新思路

在艺体类大学中,由于艺体类的大学生具有独特的特点,使得大学英语教师在对这些学生的进行教学时面临着非常大的挑战,大学英语教师所采用的方法会对学生的学习产生很大的影响。本文对艺体类大学英语教学法的新思路进行了研究,提出了针对艺体类大学生进行英语教学的方法。希望本文的研究能提高艺体类大学生的英语学习效果。

特校艺体类教师是对残疾儿童进行潜能开发、素质教育的主力,他们面临着社会地位边缘化、身份疏离化、教育角色矛盾化的职业困境,探索特教艺体类教师规避和走出职业困境之路,将有助于提高特教师资队伍的稳定性、专业性,以促进学生进步成长。     

从家庭校外教育选择看中小城市的教育变局——基于S市A区的考察

通过对S市A区的调研发现,在校外教育选择上,不同家庭呈现出阶层差异。优势家庭根据教育经验强调学科类培训的基础作用,也重视艺体类培训以巩固优势;城市劳工家庭出于教育不成功的经历,更注重学科类培训;乡城迁移家庭基于职业经历,倾向感兴趣的艺体类培训。这种阶层差异与中小城市人口结构变化带来的教育变局有关。一方面,城市人口外流导致优势家庭聚积,减少其子女的升学几率;另一方面,乡城迁移人口迁入导致学龄儿童增加,抬升城市劳工家庭教育竞争压力。中小城市教育改革应关注人口结构变化,避免造成群体分化。     

普通高中艺体生特色教学管理模式创新思路探讨

近些年以来,随着社会经济的转型教育的发展以及艺体类学校数量的扩增,导致了艺体学生人数的显著增加。艺体生在学业方面存在短板,艺体类学校在教学方面存在着诸多问题,在学校管理方式方面也存在着缺陷。本文围绕艺体生的教学和管理,在调查和实践的基础上,为艺体生的教学与管理提供意见和建议,试图促进学校找到自身管理存在的不足,促进学校教师寻求到关于艺体生的管理办法,促进学生在高效、科学的环境中得到综合素质的发展。

Neuroscience, education and special education

The discipline of neuroscience draws from the fields of neurology, psychology, physiology and biology, but is best understood in the wider world as 'brain science'. Of particular interest for education is the development of techniques for 'imaging' the brain as it performs different cognitive functions. Cognitive neuroimaging has already led to advances in understanding some of the basic functions involved in learning and raised implications for education and special education in particular. For example, neuroimaging has enabled scientists to study the very complex processes underpinning speech and language, thinking and reasoning, reading and mathematics. In this article, Professor Usha Goswami of the University of Cambridge Faculty of Education first reviews basic information on brain development. She provides a brief introduction to the tools used in neuroimaging then considers recent findings from neuroscience that seem relevant to educational questions. Professor Goswami uses this review to suggest particular ways in which neuroscience research could inform special education. In its closing sections, this article provides authoritative perspectives on some of the 'neuromyths' that seem to have taken root in the popular imagination and argues for increased dialogue, in the future, between the disciplines of neuroscience and education.

终身教育概念是进入２１世纪的关键所在。远程教育作为终身教育体系的一个组成部分，有它自身的特点和优势，在教育发展中起着越来越重要的作用。     

Lifelong education and philosophy of education

Problems of scale lead to the use of lay tutors in education for trade union members. These tutors need support from their organization. The design of this support is far from easy. A Dutch research project reveals some of the problems of providing support for these educational volunteers. Some results of this research are reported in this article. First, attention is devoted to some ideas about trade union education, based on British and Dutch literature. Second, the article concentrates on the investigated practices: local trade union education in the Netherlands, lay tutors and their tasks. In order to decipher the role of support activities, the elements of a model of volunteer activities are proposed. With a view to the diffusion of Dutch experience, a model of the support activities of trade unions related to the tasks of lay tutors is described. Five support environments for lay tutors are subsequently sketched.

Although some aggregation has been achieved, the level of knowledge remains quite low. Fundamental knowledge on support does not, as yet, exist. Knowledge is still far too limited to be able to provide advice on which environment to choose in a specific situation. Creating finely tuned support for lay tutors cannot be reduced to making a choice or to the combination of certain elements. If creating support is not the same as making a choice, this implies a design task. To assist efforts in designing support activities for lay tutors ten recommendations are made. Finally, their quality is briefly discussed.
