A novel UV-curable prepolymer neopentyl glycol diglycidyl ether diacrylate(NPGGEA)was synthesized by using neopentyl glycol diglycidyl ether(NPGGE)and acrylic acid(AA)as starting materials, N, N-dimethylbenzylamine as catalyst and p-hydroxyanisole as inhibitor. The optimum synthetic conditions were taken as follows: The concentration of N,N-dimethylbenzylamine, 0.80% of reactants; the concentration of p-hydroxyanisole, 0.3% of reactants; the reaction temperature, 90-110℃; the molar ratio of NPGGE to AA, 1:2.2. Meanwhile, 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone of a UV-cured initiator was added to the synthesized NPGGEA to prepare a kind of UV-cured coating. Mechanical properties of the UV-cured films were determined, giving 28.75 MPa of tensile strength, 923.82 MPa of Young‘s modulus and 5.51% of elongation at tear. 相似文献

This paper discusses inclusion in relation to centralised systems, in particular the constraints central control makes upon decisions at school level. The discussion is empowered by an evaluative case study research undertaken to understand the development of inclusion in contexts where flexible teaching and curriculum change are sometimes hard to find. In particular, based on a systems approach, this research describes and evaluates an attempt in a Greek primary school to implement inclusive practices, aiming to analyse the problems and prospects of inclusion in a highly centralised system, entirely controlled by the Ministry of Education. The inclusive practices developed in this school were based on a collaborative teacher model, offering new roles to mainstream teachers. The research data come from a diary, group interviews, classroom and meetings observations, and document analysis. The study reveals several obstacles to inclusion, besides the good practices which promote it. The main argument is that a centralised system favours the integration of students with disabilities more than their inclusion. 相似文献

The systematic assessment of the social and affective outcomes of inclusion has been lagging behind the assessment of academic outcomes. This is particularly problematic in view of research evidence supporting concerns about peer rejection and bullying. In this article, Norah Frederickson and Elizabeth Simmonds, of University College London, and Lynda Evans and Chris Soulsby, from Foxwood Special School, report their evaluation of the social and affective outcomes of a special- mainstream school inclusion initiative that places particular emphasis on peer preparation. Measures completed by pupils were used to assess peer group inclusion, social behaviour, bullying and feelings of belonging at school. Results showed that pupils who had transferred from special to mainstream schools experienced positive social outcomes and none experienced peer group rejection. However, results were less positive for mainstream pupils with special educational needs and the authors discuss possibilities for development. Trends in peer reports of bullying suggest that there is no room for complacency and that ongoing monitoring is required. 相似文献

This grounded theory study explores beliefs about disability and inclusion from the perspectives of educators of young children in their respective roles as elementary school teachers and early childhood educators, in Ontario, Canada. The social relational model described by Reindal is used as a theoretical framework for interviews with four educators. The interview data provide a theory of educators' beliefs and show the relationship of the beliefs to their practice. This article is based on two key findings of doctoral research into the impact that Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCos) in England have on teachers' skills when addressing the needs of children with SEN in mainstream primary schools. I use data from questionnaires and interviews with SENCos, teachers and headteachers to argue that key indicators for successful teaching of children with SEN include SENCos skilling teachers in their roles as ‘agents of change’ in relation to SENCos' views of their teaching colleagues, as well as the evolving nature of their own professional identity. 相似文献

选用β-环糊精做为囊材,掌握烟用香精β-苯乙醇、异戊酸及香叶油作为包埋对象,控制不同的包埋条件获得目标微胶囊.通过红外分析和热重分析测定包埋及释放情况,并对添加微胶囊的样品卷烟给出感官方面的品吸评价,结果显示:β-环糊精对3种烟用香精均有一定的包埋作用,对于液体香精固体化,防止香精物质的挥发起到了一定的功效. 相似文献

采用响应面分析法以水杨酸为原料合成3-羧基水杨醛。通过单因素实验,确定响应面实验因素与中心水平。根据Central Composite Design(CCD)实验设计原理,采用三因素三水平的响应面法,以合成产率为响应值,分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用。结果表明:最佳合成条件为反应时间4.30 h,反应温度80.62℃,氨水加入量14.69 mL。此条件下合成产率为4.40%。该合成工艺条件产率较高且稳定,可以作为3-羧基水杨醛合成的理论依据。 相似文献
