Web环境下关联数据的应用

阐述了关联数据的基本理论、4个基本原则和核心的实现技术,对比分析了当前Web资源与关联数据应用之后所形成的数据Web之间的异同,然后对Web环境下关联数据的两方面应用进行分析研究,最后,给出关联数据应用所面临的挑战。

Abstract：

The paper expatiates on the basic theory,4 basic principles and the core implementation technologies of linked data.It also compares and analyzes the differences and similarities between the current Web resources and the Web of data after using the linked data.The paper then analyzes and studies the application of linked data in 2 aspects in the Web environment.Finally,the challenges faced by the application of linked data are described.

Delineation of Deep Convective Clouds from GMS/IR Image Using Texture Feature Analysis Method

Monitoring the development and evolution of a deep convec-tive system from gcostationary satellite imagery is very important tonowcasting and heavy rainfall estimation.Using combined infrared andvisible imagery to analyse convective clouds is feasible and effective,but unfortunately,visible satellite data are not available at night.Inthis paper,a method of fuzzy clustering scheme based on texture featureanalysis has been put forward to distinguish the deep convective cloudsfrom cirrus and stratiform by use of GMS/IR image.Results from usingonly IR data and using both IR and VIS data are compared and discus-Sed.

MPS／CAS Partner Group on Cosmology

The Partner Group does research in cosmology, focussing on the quantitative modeling of the structure and evolution of galaxies and galaxy clusters, the pattern of galaxies and of larger structures. The usual approach in this field is the dark matter paradigm, i.e. the assumption that the basic structures are laid out in a matter component of particles which interact only gravitationally. Numerical simulations of large scale and high resolution are used to follow the evolution of condensations of dark matter particles during cosmological evolution. Analytic models and detailed statistical investigations of astronomical data sets supplement the numerical work.

本文分析了当前煤炭企业信息化水平低,信息孤岛现象严重,应用系统间相互隔离无法协同工作以及更上层次的集成应用更加困难的问题,提出了数据集成的目标,设计了该系统的体系结构,从而解决了不同平台间异构系统互操作以及数据多级综合利用的问题。并结合本系统的体系结构,详述了系统设计流程、实现过程和模式集成示例。     

基于创新资源配置导向的供应链集成与企业技术创新绩效的关系研究

利用498家高新技术上市公司的数据,探讨供应链集成对企业技术创新绩效提升的作用机制。研究发现,企业供应链集成显著正向影响企业技术创新绩效,技术创新资源配置中研发资金配置和人力资源配置均显著正向调节供应链集成与企业技术创新绩效的关系,协同创新程度在企业供应链集成与技术创新绩效之间起到正向调节作用。最后,从技术创新资源配置等角度向企业管理部门提出政策建议,为企业提升技术创新绩效提供实践指导。

企业信息化的快速发展使得企业信息系统繁多,但各系统之间的信息很难共享和融合,给企业的管理带来了无形的障碍。在对系统集成和WSDM技术研究的基础上,提出了基于WSDM的企业信息系统集成模式,主要由用户层、WSDM管理服务层、业务层和数据层组成。该模式能够很好地解决信息系统间的数据共享和应用集成问题。     

融合多源数据的企业竞争对手画像构建

[目的/意义] 融合多源数据,从大量真实具体的企业竞争对手中抽取出竞争对手的画像,为解决海量竞争对手无限性和企业竞争情报资源有限性之间的矛盾提供启发。[方法/过程] 从画像指标体系、数据采集、数据融合、数据分析、画像构建和画像应用等环节出发,提出了一套融合多源数据的企业竞争对手画像构建模式,然后以H公司为例开展了实证研究。[结果/结论] 基于所提出的竞争对手画像构建模式,构建了H公司的主要竞争对手画像,从而为企业的竞争对手画像构建实践以及为后续相关理论研究和实证研究提供参考。

本文基于浙江企业的调研数据,从联盟动机、合作方式和成果形式等方面实证分析了专利联盟提升企业自主创新能力的作用方式。实证结果表明获取技术领先优势和提升产品竞争优势的联盟动机对企业自主创新能力提升有着积极作用,"技术+技术"和共建研发机构的合作方式与企业自主创新能力提升之间有着显著的正相关关系,市场融合、技术融合和专利融合的成果形式更有利于联盟活动的开展。而专利联盟作用的发挥更是需要有效的政策措施来加以引导保障,在政府政策的推动下可以确保专利联盟高效地提升企业自主创新能力。
