立足学科教学 投身教育科研

随着教育教学改革的不断发展，“科研兴教，科研兴校”的教学理念已经被广大教师所接受。教育科研不但可以提高教师自身素质，还有助于提高课堂教学效果。广大教师，应立足学科教学，积极从事教育科研。

学校教育科研存在的问题及对策

基层学校开展教育科研，一般是以课题研究为载体的，研究的目的是为探求解决学校教育教学中存在的现实问题的方法、途径与规律。笔从事多年的基层学校教育科研工作，在广泛的接触中发现，课题研究中存在着一些值得探讨的问题，现就此谈些看法。     

促进学校体育教学模式的研究

学校体育改革的核心问题就是学校体育课程的改革，体育课程改革的核心问题就是能否通过体育教学对学生进行全面的培养和教育。体育教学模式的改革为学校体育课程的改革提供了科学的、创新的、合理的、实用的、可操作性的实验平台。促进了学校体育教学向着更深、更广的层次发展。     

铝片长毛实验中几个问题的解惑

本文解答了“铝片长毛”实验中为什么要先将铝片浸入硝酸汞溶液中？为什么会这么快地长出白毛？这白毛是什么晶格的氧化铝？等问题。并就中学化学实验中作为催化剂的活性氧化铝之特性、实验室制备作了介绍。

中小学教育科研活动中存在的问题与对策初探

中小学教育科研属于一种应用性研究，应该摒弃那种以功利为目的的虚假的、急功近利的“教育科研”。消除教育科研中存在的弊端，应建立健全中小学教育科研管理机构，提高中小学教师的科研道德素养，培养各校的科研骨干力量，进而提高全体教师的教育科研能力，达到科研兴教、科研兴校、不断提高教育教学质量的目的。     

From school leader to educational leader

ABSTRACT

This study builds on research which contends that just as effective principals must lead across a broad purview of responsibilities in order to build successful schools, so too must middle leaders. Decentralisation of school management has resulted in an expansion of school principals’ responsibilities, contributing to a further distribution of leadership responsibility to middle leaders. This conception of middle leadership requires a shift in understanding of the nature of middle leaders’ work. There is vast potential for middle leaders to contribute to their schools beyond subject administration, yet the research base yields limited insight on such work and on how middle leaders can be supported to accomplish it. This research finds that middle leaders who expand their leadership responsibilities do so in contexts that utilise school mission, policy enactment and organisational design as platforms for enhanced middle leadership.     

Separating the research question from the laboratory techniques: Advancing high‐school biology teachers' ability to ask research questions

Inquiry is essentially a process in which research questions are asked and an attempt is made to find the answers. However, the formulation of operational research questions of the sort used in authentic scientific inquiry is not a trivial task. Here, we set out to explore the possible influence of separating the research question from the laboratory techniques used to try and answer this question on teachers' understanding of laboratory techniques and their ability to formulate research questions. We conducted a laboratory course in microbiology in which the laboratory techniques were presented in an explicit and generalized manner, in the context of specific research questions. During the course, teachers' understanding of laboratory techniques improved as reflected in their answers to exercises given throughout. In addition, teachers' ability to ask research questions, analyzed using Dillon's classification of research questions, also improved. When reflecting upon the course, some teachers attributed the change in their ability to ask research questions to their increased knowledge of techniques, whereas others did not. We conclude that to facilitate research‐question‐asking skills among teachers, they should be provided with knowledge of the relevant laboratory techniques in an explicit fashion. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 一、选题教育科学研究从选择课题开始。所谓课题，就是从研究方向所指示的问题中确立研究项目。它体现研究对象、范围，展示研究的目的、意义。（一）课题来源１．纵向来源的课题主要是指从全国教育科学规划领导小组办公室（简称“规划办”）确定的课题指南中选择的课题。国家、省、市、县都有相应的“教育科学规划领导小组办公室”，一般设在地区所属的教育科学研究院（所）内，负责规划本区的科研课题，学校可以从中选题，申报立项。２．横向来源的课题是指一些教育科研部门或同级教育行政部门或相关高校委托或协同进行的研究项目。一般为…     

论中小学教育研究成果的引进

中小学实施“科研兴校”战略的重点不是创造科研成果，而是引进教育研究成果。引进教育研究成果分为四个阶段：教育研究成果选择、成果再试验、成果运用和成果检验。
