安徽省中等职业学校推行学分制试点工作的指导意见（试行）

一、指导思想。在中等职业学校推行学分制，是深化职业教育教学改革，推行弹性学习制度，进行教育教学制度创新的重要举措。通过在中等职业学校积极稳妥地逐步推行学分制，逐步建立与社会经济发展相适应的中等职业教育管理制度和人才评价制度；逐步建立与就业需求和个人发展相衔接的教学制度；建立“以服务为宗旨，以就业为导向，以学习为中心”的办学体制；实现职业教育与职业培训、中等职业教育与高等职业教育、职业教育与普通教育的沟通与衔接。
