提出使用氧氟沙星增强KMnO4-NaOH化学发光体系,结合流动注射分析技术进行氧氟沙星的测定.该法选择性好、灵活度高.氧氟沙星在5.0×10-7～2.0×10-5g/mL浓度范围内与化学发光分析信息号呈线性关系;检出限为8×10-8g/mL;对5.0×10-6g/mL的氧氟沙星进行11次连续测定,相对标准偏差为2.5％.方法已成功地应用于胶囊中氧氟沙星含量的测定.     

流动注射化学发光法测定L-色氨酸

在酸性溶液中 ,高锰酸钾能氧化L_色氨酸产生化学发光反应 ,甲醛的存在可使化学发光强度增强 .据此 ,采用流动注射技术 ,建立了一种测定L_色氨酸的化学发光分析法 .方法的检出限为 3 5× 10 - 8g/mL ,相对标准偏差为 1 8% (1 0× 10 - 6 g/mLL_色氨酸 ,n =11) ,线性范围为 1 0× 10 - 7～ 6 0× 10 - 6 g/mL     

高锰酸钾-甲醛-S2-化学发光反应的研究

甲醛存在的条件下,酸性溶液中高锰酸钾可以氧化S2-产生很强的化学发光.据此,采用流动注射技术,建立了利用高锰酸钾-甲醛-S2-化学发光体系测定硫的化学发光分析法.方法的检出限为2.3×10-8g/mL,相对标准偏差为1.2%(6.0×10-7g/mL S2-,n=11),线性范围为1.0×10-7～1.0×10-5g/mL S2-.     

鲁米诺-铁氰化钾化学发光体系测定异丙嗪

在碱性条件下,铁氰化钾能氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光,异丙嗪对该体系的化学发光有显著的增强作用。基于此,结合流动注射技术,建立了测定异丙嗪的化学发光新方法。该方法具有很高的灵敏度,检测限为5.7×10-9g/mL(IUPAC),线性范围为1.0×10-8～1.0×10-6g/mL,对1.0×10-7g/mL异丙嗪平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差为2.9%.     

NaIO4-VB2化学发光反应体系测定维生素B2

利用建立的NaIO4-H+-H2O2-VB2化学发光新体系,结合流动注射技术建立起一种测定维生素B2的化学发光新方法.方法的线性范围为1.0×10-7～5.0×10-5g/mLVB2;检出限为2.7×10-8g/mL;相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.3%(Cs=1.0×10-6g/mLVB2,n=11).     

合金钢、铁合金中微量硼的测定

利用姜黄素在强酸非水介质中与硼酸生成有色络合物测定微量硼 ,并进行比色测定 ,方法检出限为 7 7× 10 - 8g mL ,相对标准偏差为 0 5 9% (3 3× 10 - 7g mL ,姜黄素 ,n =10 ) ,线性范围 :2 0× 10 - 7～ 1 2× 10 - 6g mL .     

高锰酸钾-H_2SO_4-安乃近化学发光体系的研究

在酸性溶液中,高锰酸钾可直接氧化安乃近,产生很强的化学发光,由此建立了一各测定安乃近的流动注射化学发光分析法．方法的检出限为3．1×10-8g／mL,相对标准偏差为1．8％（6．0×10－6g／mL安乃近,n＝11）,线性范围为1．0×10－7～1．0×10-4g／mL,此法已用于安乃近针剂和片剂中安乃近含量的测定．并对该反应的机理进行了探讨．     

电化学分离富集抑制铜化学发光法测定汞的研究

在流通体系中于-0.2V(相对于AgCl/Ag电极)电位下把试样中的汞富集在工作电极上,于+0.35V电位下使富集的汞在Luminol-CN--Cu2+溶液中溶出,溶出的汞使Luminol-CN--Cu2+溶液化学发光强度减弱,化学发光减弱程度与汞浓度成正比,据此测定Hg2+浓度. 本法的选择性较好,检出限为3.3×10-10g/mL,线性范围为1.0×10-7～1.0×10-9g/mL,对1.0×10-7g/mL的汞七次平行测定的相对标准偏差为2.9%,成功地用于雨水和井水中汞的测定.     

高效液相色谱化学发光法同时测定红花中槲皮素和芦丁的含量

基于在NaOH碱性介质中,铁氰化钾可以直接氧化芦丁和槲皮素产生强的化学发光这一现象,在Hypersil ODS色谱柱上,以乙醇-0.01%醋酸铵(体积比)=2:1为流动相的条件下,实现了对芦丁和槲皮素的分离测定,建立了测定芦丁和槲皮素的方法。该法简单、灵敏度高、选择性好,可用于检测红花中的芦丁和槲皮素。芦丁和槲皮素浓度在2.0×10-7g/mL～2.5×10-5g/mL和5.1×10-7g/mL～1.3×10-4g/mL范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系,检出限(3δ)为1.20×10-8g/mL和2.50×10-8g/mL。对浓度为5.0×10-6g/mL的芦丁和槲皮素溶液进行6次平行测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%、2.3%。用于红花中芦丁和槲皮素的同时测定,结果令人满意。     

电化学发光法测定碘的研究

在流通体系中,于电解池的三电极系统的工作电极铂片上施加0.35v(相对于AgCl/Ag电极)的电势,使KCl-Na2CO3-NaHCO3-I-Luminol电解液中I-氧化成单质I2. 生成的I2与Luminol反应,产生化学发光. 电化学发光强度与I-浓度成正比,据此测定I-浓度,本法选择性较好,检出限为4.1×10-10g/mL,线性范围为1.2×10-7～1.0×10-9g/ml,对1.0×10-7g/ml的I-七次平行测定的相对偏差为2.8%,成功地用于食盐中碘的测定.
