高技能人才师资培训等5个项目将实施 劳动保障部将实施“高技能人才师资培训项目”、“高技能人才培养教材精品建设项目”，“促进高技能人才培养创新项目”、”高技能人才远程培训项目”、“高技能人才实训装备标准化建设项目”。劳动保障部在有关通知中强调，要依托全国劳动力市场网络系统，建立完善国家、省、市三级高技能人才信息交流平台，定期发布高技能人才供求信息，开设高技能人才交流专区，建立高技能成果信息库，大力推广和应用高技能人才绝招绝技和技术创新成果。

职教师资是我国培养高技能人才的主力军,是职业教育教学工作的践行者。职教师资的职业能力将直接影响高技能人才的培养质量。文章通过分析目前职教师资职前职业能力培养中的普遍问题,提出了运用项目、案例教学法的产训结合的教学新模式,配合使用质量监控、过程考核的新举措,能够为职教师资职前职业能力的培养提供一套较为合理、行之有效的指导方案。
