论教师教育观念、模式与教学的创新

创新作为人类文明进步的基本条件,已成为一种世界性的浪潮。创新型国家的建设迫切需要培养大量创新型人才,创新型人才需要具有创新精神的教育来培养。教师教育创新指为了实现培养创新型师资的目标而进行的包括教育观念、教育模式、教育内容、教育结构、教育制度的创造和革新,是一种关于教师教育整体性的变革过程。     

卓越教师校园先期培养模式初探

卓越教师培养的目标在于造就和锤炼教育教学理念新、创新实践能力强、综合潜能素质高的师资队伍,只有对师范院校的师范生采用学科专业技能与教师专业技能的"叠加"培养模式,校内培养与校外实践相互渗透的"嵌入式"培养模式,大学教授与中学特级教师共同负责指导的"双导师"培养模式,以及校校联合培养卓越人才的"协同创新"培养模式,卓越教师校园先期培养工作才能落到实处、取得实效。     

教师驻校培养模式在我国的构建——教师教育的第三条道路

城市教师驻校培养源起于美国,是一种"临床实践"式的学士后教师教育培养模式。其全程驻校实践、多元合作机制、共同体建设、学术文化与实践文化的平等对话、教师教育一体化制度、精心组织的入职指导等理念与实践,为我国高层次基础教育师资培养提供了启示。构建我国的教师驻校培养模式是教师教育发展的第三条道路。在进行本土化思考的前提下,结合我国的教师教育改革实践,因地制宜、明确目标,实施一系列关键策略,推动驻校模式在我国的铺开。     

外语教师网络培养模式创新研究

本文通过对河南省农村中小学147名英语教师进行调查,发现当前大多数教师的教学和科研状况令人担忧。基于对调查结果的分析,本文提出了应该借助网络创新当前外语教师培养模式,即:通过强调网络教学团队合作,提高教育教学质量;强调网络学术团队合作,增强教师的学术研究能力;借助网络时空的优势,提高教师服务能力;最终凝练特色网络教师团队,促进教师个人的终身可持续良性发展。     

政校企合作:高职教师的培养模式

高职教师是当前高职院校推进工学结合人才培养模式改革,培养高端技能型人才的核心力量。如何依据高职教育的准公共性、学术性、职业性、专业性和社会性特征,创新高职教师培养模式,提高高职教师的职业素质和职业能力,已成为高职教育发展面临的紧迫任务。依据《国务院关于加强教师队伍建设的意见》中有关"创新教师培养模式,建立高等学校与地方政府、中小学(幼儿园、职业学校)联合培养教师的新机制,发挥好行业企业在培养‘双师型’教师中的作用"的精神,应积极探索解决高职教师政校企合作培养问题。     

教师专业化与教师教育模式研究

国外职教教师教育呈现出教师教育机构专门性与综合性相结合、师资学位证书体系完善、教师培训与进修制度化、强调教学素养形成与实践经验获得等特点。其启示在于:建立健全职教教师教育体系,推进教师教育一体化;规范职教师资生源标准,完善教师教育制度建设;加强校企合作,创新职教师资培养模式;改革课程体系,提升教师职业能力。     

我国教师教育制度创新难题与破解

教师教育是关系教师职业精神培养和专业化教师人才输送的大问题。当前,我国教师教育制度存在教育模式定向性、单一性、封闭性,教育经费投入力度不够,教师资格认定制度和评价制度不完善等问题,严重制约我国教师教育的可持续发展。为推动我国教师教育更好地发展,可通过创新教师教育模式,完善教师教育培养制度,进一步加强教师教育法律体系建设,创新并完善教师教育评价体系等途径,破解我国教师教育制度创新难题。
