乡村文化振兴是乡村振兴的重要组成部分。当前乡村治理正在从经济驱动转向文化驱动。在贵州L县,乡村传统文化振兴诱发了不同主体的互动,发挥了一定的文化治理功能,取得的成效包括挖掘了乡村传统文化内存,促进文化经济的初步发展,重建村民的主体性,整合了多元治理主体,激活了多种治理资源等。但是根据调查来看,乡村传统文化激活乡村治理仍然存在市场化困境、主体流失困境、资金困境和现代转化困境等。要想进一步从传统文化中挖掘文化治理能力优势,就要注意突破市场主义,重视文化的乡村治理功能;村庄内外结合,找准文化治理的中坚主体;精准投入资金,夯实文化治理的基础;传统融入现代,提升传统文化的治理功能。

民俗体育作为传统乡村生活的重要文化事项,是参与乡村振兴、创新乡村社会治理的重要载体。文章以池州地区舞龙习俗为例,从社会学、民俗学视角对民俗体育参与现代乡村社会治理的功能、困境进行剖析。结果表明：嵌入乡村治理是民俗体育现代性传承的必由之路,有利于重温乡土文化的价值认同,促进乡村团结与交流,推进社会道德规范新风尚的形成,带动乡村新的产业发展。但也存在着主体困境、后备不足、文化脱离以及行动业余等问题。提出了把握新乡村治理的主体力量,提升专业管理水平质量;重塑民俗体育文化价值内涵,激发乡村治理文化活力;创设乡村民俗体育治理环境,打造乡村民俗体育文化品牌等策略,旨在构筑新时代乡风文明新高度,为现代乡村社会治理提供理论依据。
