中国经济学建设与创新刍议

中国经济学是在马克思主义经济学指导下专门研究我国经济改革与发展的理论经济学,它既不同于具有一般普遍意义的经济学,也不是指导经济工作的应用经济学。中国社会主义市场经济体制形成、发展的特殊路径决定了中国经济学不仅仅是一门“解释经济学”,它还肩负着“改造世界”的职责。政府主导型的市场模式和后发展经济使中国经济问题不都能在西方经济理论中找到现成答案,也不是仅仅利用西方现有理论来分析中国问题就能完成的。这需要中国经济学家从我国改革和发展的实际问题出发,在借鉴西方经济学理论的基础上,实现理论创新才能完成。在中国经济学建设过程中,德国经济学界在处理经济学国际性和本土性方面的经验,值得我们汲取。     

中国经济学的构建与发展问题研究

改革开放和社会主义市场经济的发展,经济理论研究及高校教学的需要,使构建、创新和发展中国经济学即中国特色社会主义经济理论显得极为重要和紧迫.首先,必须理顺中国经济学与马克思经济学和西方经济学的关系,以加强中国经济学的理论经济学地位;其次,需要拓宽中国经济学的研究对象,丰富中国经济学的教学内容;最后,应加厚中国经济学的理论基础,构建中国经济学体系结构.可初步把中国经济学的体系结构分为总论、经济制度、经济运行和经济发展四个部分.     

综观经济学

综观经济学是在有中国特色社会主义理论的指导下,以马克思主义经济学为基础,大胆吸收和借鉴西方经济学中合理的科学成果于１９８２年建立发展起来的。它是运用系统论、控制论、信息论以及当代科学技术最新成果和方法,把宏观经济学与微观经济学有机地结合起来的一门现代系统科学意义上的经济学。正如中国科协名誉主席钱学森教授在给综观经济学的创立者魏双风的复信中提出：“从系统学（系统科学的基础理论）来看,宏观经济、中观经济和微观经济只不过是整个经济系统中的三个层次结构,三门经济学各自专门研究一个层次。这样您的综观经济学…     

中国特色社会主义政治经济学的历史生成

中国特色社会主义政治经济学的历史生成有其深刻的时代背景,它是将中国经济实践经验系统化并提升为理论学说进而推动中国经济理论创新发展的必然要求,是增强对中国化马克思主义理论自觉和坚定"四个自信"的认识论前提,是增强中国经济学主体意识和主体性的需要;中国特色社会主义革命、建设和改革的实践是其生成的实践基础;马克思主义政治经济学、新民主主义政治经济学思想和毛泽东社会主义探索过程中的政治经济学思想、中国传统经济智慧、西方经济思想和社会主义计划经济思想和实践等是其历史生成的理论来源。     

用什么经济理论驾驭中国特色社会主义经济建设--与王东京教授商榷

驾驭中国特色的社会主义经济建设,要用马克思主义,用邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想及现代社会主义政治经济学的基本理论,而不能用现代西方经济学的基本理论。现代西方经济学关于经济人的理论、只保护个人产权的理论、资源稀缺的理论是错误的或片面的。社会主义中国的主流经济学不是现代西方经济学,而是以马克思主义为指导的中国现代政治经济学。“以马克思主义为指导”不应成为无用的口号和标签。     

经世致用——试论经济学的现实主义趋向

文章分析了传统主流经济学理性主义倾向形成的原因和渊源,论述了经济人抽象的根据是在资本主义市场经济发展的早期阶段产生的经济关系和经济条件。在分析和考查现代人经济活动基础上产生的新经济理论已经动摇了西方经济学主流学派的地位,这标志着经济学从理性向现实回归。经济学发展过程中现实主义思潮的勃兴,为我们正确认识市场经济,尤其是中国特色的社会主义市场经济,建立具有中国特色的经济学理论提供一个契机。     

以马克思主义为基础发展经济理论

马克思经济理论是科学的理论体系,对社会经济制度和经济运行有着深刻的分析,所以,经济学发展,首先必须坚持和继承马克思主义经济理论;经济学发展,还需要在用马克思经济理论对其进行改造的基础之上吸收其他经济理论的合理成分,包括西方经济理论的合理成分;经济学发展,更需要从现实经济生活中吸收营养,特别是从中国特色社会主义建设中吸取养分。     

西方经济学伪科学性简析

西方经济学,其全称是资本主义政治经济学。当然,近年来,为了表明经济学完全站在中立的、纯经济的立场上,越来越多地西方经济学家和政治家们直接将其称为经济学,而妄图忽略其浓厚的政治、阶级色彩。经济学在西方国家被视为是社会科学的皇后。由此称呼我们不难看出这门知识受重视、受吹捧的程度。而在我国不断深入进行社会主义市场经济体制改革的今天,西方经济学看待、解决经济问题的一些方法也为我国所借鉴,对推动我国改革开放的步伐起到了一些作用。但是,这绝不代表西方经济学的基本理论都是科学的,都是适用于今天的中国的。西方经济学理论体系本身仍存在很多伪科学的东西,需要我们运用马克思的政治经济学理论加以分析、甄别。     

中国改革经济学胪析

中国经济体制改革理论萌发于20世纪50年代,在改革30年中逐渐形成而完善。这一理论创新了马克思主义经典作家关于社会主义经济的理论框架,也颠覆了传统西方主流经济学关于转型经济的经典理论。中国改革经济学丰富和发展了马克思主义经济学。经济理论的创新是＂中国奇迹＂的根基之所在。     

社会主义市场经济与先进生产力的结合——从“南方谈话”到“三个代表”的经济学创新

The Reader Response Approach to Teaching of English Literature

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models. At last I evaluate its usefuiness for teachers and present the advantages of reader response approach in Chinese context.
