高中化学探究性实验的研究报告

提高学生化学实验能力的几点做法

多年来，我们在培养学生化学实验技能方面，采取了以下几点做法，收到了较好的效果． 一、分析一个典型实验。阐明一类实验规律 根据化学教学大纲和教材，就实验内容来讲，可归纳为以下几种类型．     

物理实验试题的新视角

综观各地中考物理试题，一方面考查学生的基本知识和基本实验技能，另一方面更加注重实验能力的检测．近几年各地中考物理试题中除常规的实验外，频频出现了探究性实验题、设计性实验题和开放性实验题，它们成为中考的新热点．[第一段]     

注重命题导向 把握实验重点

近几年高考物理实验题已由过去单纯考查实验知识转到考查学生独立完成实验的能力和迁移能力．考查运用所学实验原理和实验方法来解决新情景下的实验问题，强调培养学生设汁和完成实验的能力．真正体现了“出活题、考能力”的思想．因此，在实验复习过程中，我们必须以考试大纲规定的实验内容为中心，以基本实验为依托，从实验方法与实验思想方面去归纳、总结、思考、拓展实验问题，努力扩大思维空间，激活实验创新能力．     

转基因是否成功的鉴定实验

随着分子生物学研究的深入和发展，基因的分离和克隆、转基因动植物的培育，频繁地出现于各种媒体．转基因这个名词已经不再为公众所陌生。根据生物学教学的特点．作为一个适宜于学生课堂实验的转基因材料．必须具备以下几个条件：首先，必须能直接检测并观察到转基因产物；其次．一定要在45分钟的实验课内完成；再次，供试的实验材料要小、要易于保存，更要便于操作；此外，实验仪器设备要简单；而且实验费用要便宜。我们在转基因研究过程中，根据上述要求．选择了β-葡糖苷酸酶基因作为目的基因．选择了水稻作为受体植物。     

探索性实验设计题考查新趋向

探索性实验设计是一种新型的实验类型，是只有实验课题没有实验步骤的一类实验．它要求学生用发散思维，联想思维，逆向思维对题示课题根据已掌握的知识和技能，根据现有条件制定不同方案，验证方案，得出结论．设计实验方案要遵循科学性、可行性、简约性、创新性和启发性原则．     

实验操作考试也要认真读试卷

许多考生认为，实验操作考试就是考实验，只要实验做好就行了，没有必要认真的看试卷．其实，这个观点完全是错误的，试卷上标有“说明、实验器材、实验要求”．相当多的考生就是因为没有分析试卷，而漏掉了试卷上要求的一些重要环节，导致丢失了大部分分数．下面以“用电压表测量电压”为例说明．

The Reader Response Approach to Teaching of English Literature

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models. At last I evaluate its usefuiness for teachers and present the advantages of reader response approach in Chinese context.
