专利文献是一个巨大的知识宝库,它能充分反映出现代科学技术发展的最新成果和水平,当今世界上那些文明的、发达的、强盛的国家无不重视专利文献的开发与利用;随着知识产权制度在经济社会各方面的进一步深化,专利文献的计算机检索技术正成为情报检索领域研究的热点,本文着重介绍了专利信息的检索方法和技巧,就如何利用专利信息撰写产品专利检索报告进行了阐述。     

专利检索在开放实验教学中的实践

专利文献作为重要的科研情报来源,具有其他期刊文献无法比拟的优点。虽然现在部分高校设立了专利理论课,但是学生应用专利文献的能力仍然很差。针对这种情况,对专利检索在开放实验教学中的实践进行了探索。以"金银花咀嚼片"开放实验为个案,对大一、大二学生进行专利检索操作训练,有效地提高了学生检索和应用专利文献的能力。最后,对专利检索在开放实验教学中的效果进行了分析和总结。

从探究专利分布和布局的角度出发,选择阻燃粘合剂作为主题,通过标准检索方式,使用关键词并结合国际专利分类号,对中国专利检索数据库中的中国发明专利进行了全面检索,得到相关的发明专利申请,对上述数据进行细致的手工筛选分类,并作深入的研究分析,揭示了我国阻燃粘合剂领域内发明专利申请的当前技术发展状态和未来的发展趋势.
