法律信仰的缺失及其培育

改革开放加快了中国法治化进程 ,法制观念日益深入人心。但要真正实现法治 ,公民法律信仰缺失是其主要障碍。培养公民对法律的信仰 ,不仅是社会主义市场经济的需要 ,更是依法治国的需要。     

Putting skill in its place

This article argues that a focus on human capability and its development can be used to rethink the high skills policy visions favoured over recent decades. The article briefly summarises the increasing concerns with government policy formulas which have adopted a narrow focus such that skill and its accreditation is regarded as the outcome rather than as an input to the utilisation of skill or the achievement of a civil society. It is argued that human capability conceptions encourage a more holistic appreciation and systemic analysis of the impact of social arrangements and economic structures on people’s opportunity to flourish at work, and in life. The article reports research with workers and managers which operationalises these conceptions in the form of a list of capabilities expected through work. The implications for the place of skill in rethinking policy are discussed.

在高等教育大众化形势下,相当数量的地方高等师范专科学校升格转轨为地方综合性本科院校。如何科学定位,正确处理新的发展时期非师范学科专业与教师教育人才培养体系之间的关系,在发展和建设非师范本科专业的同时,发挥教师教育的优势,弘扬教师教育的特色,确保教师教育的人才培养质量,已成为地方综合性本科院校面临的一项重要课题。笔者在分析现状与问题的基础上,提出自己的思路与相应的对策。

Hyperfiction: its Possibilities in English

When writers use hypertext — the technology that makes possible nonsequential, fully electronic reading and writing — to produce a fictional narrative, the result is interactive hyperfiction. This article charts what we know about electronic non-linear narrative: its origins, literary precursors and distinctive features. It also explores the potential of hyperfiction in the English classroom. Finally, it examines some of the difficulties associated with the use of hyperfiction as well as the hype that has surrounded its introduction into educational settings.     

Mathematics education in its cultural context

This paper presents the results of a series of analyses of educational situations involving cultural issues. Of particular significance are the ideas that all cultural groups generate mathematical ideas, and that Western mathematics may be only one mathematics among many. The values associated with Western mathematics are also discussed, and various issues raised by these analyses are then presented.

淀粉酶是一种生物活性物质，难以在实验室中长期保存，易腐败变质，特别容易感染毛霉而不能使用，但目前生物学教材中有关淀粉酶的实验有2个：第一册实验五，全一册实验一。两分组实验的时间相差较远，用到的淀粉酶量比较大，一般的农村和城镇又很难购买，如何克服这个难题呢？     

道德是什么及其在社会中的功能体现

道德不仅仅是一种人的道德品质的规定,也不仅仅是一种和其他社会规范并列的道德视角的规范。作为人类的理性,它是一种关于人类应当怎样的智慧。它表达并设定一定的社会价值取向和理想目标,引导社会发展方向,规定社会发展目标,把握和调整着社会各个方面的善及其合理性。这些价值取向和理想目标深深渗透在政治、法律和经济生活等各个领域,无处不在地发生着作用。

语言性别歧视研究是语言与性别关系研究的一个重要方面,语言性别研究不仅有助于两性语言的研究,社会文化的研究,而且有助于预测语言的发展趋势和制定文字的政策。本文在弄清什么是语言性别歧视的基础上,从三个方面着手探讨该问题：性别歧视在语言中的表现 语言性别歧视存在的社会、文化、心理原因 以及简略介绍性别歧视在语言中的表现与发展。     

课堂交互反馈系统CRS及其教学应用

介绍了课堂交互反馈系统CRS的发展、应用环境、对于教学的意义以及在我国的初步应用。CRS是最近进入我国高校的多功能新教育技术,它利用无线通信实现师生间的课堂互动,为教学模式的更新和教学方法的多样化提供了技术支持。基于大学物理课程对383名本科生进行的对比教学实验,结果表明,CRS通过实现课堂上大量学生与教师的集体实时反馈,有效地增强了学生的学习效果。     

《周易》占筮及其美学智慧

占筮在《周易》中占有很重要的地位,其中蕴涵着深刻的哲学智慧和丰富的美学意味。《周易》卜筮既是智慧之“研玩”,又是一种体验性的审美;大衍之数既体现了中国古人对数的认识和崇拜,又蕴涵着其对数的审美和大而化之的审美态度;在《周易》中,“神”和“易”几乎同样特殊,占筮之神秘也使其通向审美。我们有必要对《周易》占筮重新认识,并挖掘其审美价值。     

Christianity and its legacy in education

Much of the discussion regarding religion and schooling in the US has been limited to ideological clashes surrounding the role of the courts and, ostensibly, the much litigated issue of prayer in schools. This comes at the expense of an examination of deeper curricular issues rooted in language and school mechanisms borne of historical consequences. The authors seek to reframe the discussion of religion and schooling, arguing that to suggest that the removal of explicit prayerfulness equates to the cleansing of US public education of its religious character is facile and ahistorical. They suggest, instead, that religion remains in the language, practices, and routines of schooling but also in conceptions of the “’child” ‘ and assumptions about the role of schools emanating from such conceptions. Evoking the notion of pentimento, the piece seeks to elucidate the Judeo-Christian character of schooling in the US as a way of re-imagining discussions regarding the relationship between religion and/as curriculum. The piece concludes with a discussion of the implications of such an examination for curriculum studies and teacher education.
