双效活力素在大白菜上的应用

通过双效活力素在大白菜上的田间应用试验,结果表明：2000倍的浓缩型双效活力素能显著提高大白菜叶片的叶绿素含量,显著增加单球重量和叶球硬度,从而提高了大白菜的产量,改善了大白菜的叶球质量。     

活力素在杏树上的应用研究

花前2周树体喷施700～1100倍活力素,可不同程度地提高杏树的雌蕊完全花的比率,其中以900倍的效果最好,两年平均可育花提高160%,由于可育花比例的增加,减轻了杏树的第一次生理落果.花期和盛花后4周叶面喷施500倍活力素可以显著地降低杏树的第二次生理落果,降幅度达34.2%,为中国杏的优质高产栽培奠定了基础.     

大白菜幼苗耐热性生理机制

为探讨大白菜幼苗耐热性生理机制,以5份大白菜为材料,进行高温处理,温度32℃,光照14 h,强度10 000 lx处理8 d,调查耐热性及鲜质量、干质量、可溶性糖质量分数、叶绿素质量分数、类胡萝卜素质量分数、根系活力的变化。结果表明,在常温下上述指标在材料间的差异不显著,经高温处理,在材料间的差异达显著水平,与对照相比较,鲜质量、干质量、可溶性糖质量分数、叶绿素质量分数、类胡萝卜素质量分数、根系活力下降,耐热性强的材料具有较高的鲜质量、干质量、可溶性糖质量分数、叶绿素质量分数、类胡萝卜素质量分数、根系活力,耐热性较低的材料表现相反。

几种肥料对青菜苔生理指标及抗黑根病的影响

为筛选出高效低毒，符合生产绿色食品要求的制剂，选用1125肥药双效剂、植物生理平衡剂、光合微肥和黄腐酸盐对青菜苔生理指标及抗黑根病进行了试验研究。结果表明：1125肥药双效剂的300倍液在降低青菜苔黑根病发病率，增大根冠比方面差异极显著优于黄腐酸盐；在增加青菜苔POD活性方面，差异极显著优于黄腐酸盐、光合微肥，显著优于植物生理平衡剂；在降低青菜苔相对电导率方面，喷施光合微肥和1125肥药双效剂，差异极显著优于黄腐酸盐，显著优于植物生理平衡剂；在贮存期降低黄叶率方面，喷施1125极显著优于喷施光合微肥，而与喷施植物生理平衡剂差异不显著；在增加青菜苔叶绿素含量方面，喷施1125的300倍液优于植物生理平衡剂100倍液、黄腐酸盐1000倍液、光合微肥500倍液，但差异不显著。综合各项表明，1125肥药双效剂在调节植物生理代谢机能和抗黑根病方面优于其它肥料。
