金融是现代经济的核心,是实体经济发展的重要支撑.山东省的金融业发展滞后于部分东南沿海地区,与山东省经济大省的地位极不匹配.运用VAR模型、脉冲响应函数及方差分解等方法,研究金融总量、金融效率与经济发展的关系,结果显示,山东省金融业的总体发展情况和金融效率与经济发展具有长期稳定的均衡关系,金融业总体发展情况对经济发展的贡献度在65%以上但是呈现下降趋势,金融效率对经济发展的贡献度在20%左右但逐步提高.  相似文献

High-impact practices foster student success, but faculty faced with heavy teaching loads and lack of resources and infrastructure are challenged to implement such practices. Kinesiology faculty at California State University, East Bay collaborated to implement two student programs: Kinesiology Research Group and Get Fit! Stay Fit! The Kinesiology Research Group, a faculty–student research group, and Get Fit! Stay Fit!, a service learning experience, partnered to consolidate human and structural resources. Student–faculty mentoring circles were used to support this innovative partnership. Here, we report student perceptions of the value of these programs to their academic and professional development.  相似文献

This study investigated the application and the effect of Group Investigation(GI) in the College English Program in a Chinese University. A qualitative case study method was used to understand the GI system used by Chinese instructors as well as the achievements acquired and challenges met by the participants. Three instructors and fifteen second-year-undergraduates taking a course titled Sources of European Culture participated. Interviews, observations, and documents were used to collect the data. Data analysis showed Chinese instructors applied a GI technique similar to that discussed by Johnson and Johnson(1999); however, GI in the Chinese context demanded more effort from the teacher for designing tasks and provided help in modeling uses of English and in preparing visual, especially Power Point, presentations. Although participants used their mother tongue at some stages, their autonomy over English learning was activated, and horizons in the course content were broadened.  相似文献

The Bridge Program is an innovative orientation program for new MSW students of color. The primary purpose of the program is to provide an early opportunity for new students to develop supportive and sustaining relationships with other minority students, faculty, and community practitioners. Providing social and informational support may help to mediate the impact of role, family, and job conflict mentioned by students as obstacles to completing their degree program. This paper describes a two year pilot of the Bridge Program goals, structure, and content, including formative assessment data. The paper concludes with a discussion of the lessons learned in creating the Bridge Program and suggestions for adapting the program model to other settings.  相似文献

地方高校必须要为当地经济文化建设服务,这一点已经是所有人的共识。可是,地方高校图书馆因其专业性、前瞻性和研究性的突出特点,虽为其他图书馆所没法比,却也因为它的封闭性和垄断性,并没有与地方文化建设真正接轨。因此,地方高校图书馆必然要在强化馆藏体系建设、提高信息资源利用率、开发地方优秀文化资源等方面下大力气,才能达到真正实现服务社会、提高自己的双赢目标。  相似文献

For various reasons the practice of reviewing programs in universities is gaining increasing acceptance. After a three‐year period of discussion and planning, reviews of all academic and support units began at the University of Alberta in 1980. These reviews are organised by a four‐member President's Advisory Committee on Campus Reviews (PACCR). After the unit to be reviewed has prepared a self‐study report, discussions among PACCR, the President and the unit head lead to appointment of a Unit Review Committee (URC), usually of four members, which spends two to four days on campus. The URC report, the unit's self‐study report, and the unit's response are discussed by senior administrators and the Planning and Priorities Committee. Many changes have resulted from the reviews, including hiring of new staff members. Several important issues have been identified including how teaching loads should be assessed and how the special problems related to reviews of support units can be accommodated.  相似文献

在美国哥伦比亚大学教师教育项目中,大学实习指导教师承担着协作者、监督者、指导者、评估者等专业角色,负责协调处理实习管理中的冲突与问题,定期观摩师范生的课堂教学,与中小学合作教师共同研究师范生的教学工作,并提供专业的反馈、指导与评估,促其完成从师范生向准教师的专业成长.借鉴哥伦比亚大学的经验,我国教师教育应提高对教育实习功能重要价值的认识,完善大学实习指导教师的选拔与管理制度,明确大学实习指导教师在教育实习中的专业角色与职责,构建三方合作的教育实习机制.  相似文献

斯坦福大学分别在2012年和2013对通识教育进行改革,并于2013年秋季学期实行新的通识教育方案,包括思维与行为方法、有效思考、写作与语言等四类必修课.本研究对2011-2013年通识教育方案进行了分析和比较.研究发现,在改革的过程中,斯坦福大学始终秉持通识教育理念,不断深化对通识教育内涵的认识,基于不同的通识教育哲学观建构了个性化的课程体系.新的通识教育方案实现了从学科到能力的转变,注重培养学生的思维能力与有效表达能力.  相似文献
