论非经济因素对欠发达地区中等职教发展的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
本文描述了在欠发达地区急需发展中等职业教育、而中等职业教育又发展不力的现状,指出了仅从经济因素上考虑,是不能很好地解释造成这种现状的原因,文章提出了非经济因素的概念,并对非经济因素如何影响欠发达地区中等职业教育发展作了初步的讨论。文章认为非经济因素影响人的教育行为和教育决策,进而影响职业教育。发展欠发达地区职业教育既要考虑经济因素的影响,又要考虑非经济因素的影响。  相似文献

创业板上市公司一般具有较高的技术性,对其投资项目的评价不但要考虑经济因素,而且要考虑技术因素、政策因素以及发展因素。投资项目的传统评价方法除了经济因素可以量化以外,其他的非经济因素因具有"模糊性"而难以量化,更无法综合考虑经济因素与非经济因素得到定量结果。非经济因素的"模糊性"可以通过模糊数学的方法加以量化。因此,创业板上市公司应该在基于层次分析法模糊决策的基础上,综合考虑经济因素与非经济因素,系统、科学地评价投资项目。  相似文献

通过从社会层面、老年人个人层面分析我国老年人家庭代际间的非经济支持可知:在社会转型背景下,影响我国老年人家庭代际间非经济支持的因素主要有家庭结构因素、人口流动因素、老年人的年龄结构因素以及老年人本身的身体状况因素。通过分析得出结论:在诸多影响老年人家庭代际间非经济支持的因素中,老年人的年龄结构因素和本身的身体状况因素是关键因素,这两个因素直接决定着家庭代际间的非经济支持的需要与否以及需要程度。  相似文献

Abstract: This article addresses the impact of social capital on college graduate employment. After reviewing the literature, the authors analyze data collected by Peking University from 34 universities in 2005 and use statistical analysis to clarify the impact of social capital on students’ choice of employment or further study, job placement rate, starting salary and job satisfaction. The study concludes that social capital differs for students from different social backgrounds; personal social capital affects students’ choice to seek employment, but family social capital impacts their choice of further study; both family and personal social capital have a significant positive impact on graduates’ placement rate, starting salary, and job satisfaction; and social capital has a more significant and positive impact on job placement rates for graduates at the associate’s and undergraduate degree levels than for those at the master’s level and above.  相似文献

This research sets out a Perceptual-Judgemental-Reinforcement approach to job choice under conditions of complexity and uncertainty. It investigates the claim that job choices are based on seven implicit factors: such as the specific size of the occupation, the proportion of employees working full-time, the earnings, the job prospects, gender dominance in an occupation, the level of unemployment in the occupation and the predominant age group in the job. Nine case studies involving choices from 25 randomly selected advertised jobs are presented. Results indicated substantial idiosyncrasy in job choices. An individual logistic regression analysis indicated no statistically significant influence of key labour market indicators in any of the nine case studies. It was concluded that job choice was idiosyncratic; that individuals lacked insight into their job choices and probably relied upon relatively few unstated cues. The findings have direct implications for the relevance of occupational information and for key issues in the delivery of vocational guidance. This article utilizes data from two surveys of college graduates to addres the issue of the value of postsecondary education in the labor market. In considering income, relation of job to college major, and job satisfaction, it concludes that underemployment and job dissatisfaction are less pervasive than many researchers would have us believe. Differences by sex are also considered. Given a choice of whether or not to attend college, it seems clear that the decision to attend is the wise one. And one way to maximize potential job-related benefits is to be judicious in choice of major. Students apparently are of this advice and are acting accordingly.  相似文献

This study explored undergraduates' views of teaching as a career choice. A total of 298 students completed a questionnaire in which they were asked to rate the importance of 20 factors in influencing their choice of career, and then the extent to which they thought teaching as a career offers these factors. A comparison was made between the views expressed by three groups of students: those who were definitely not considering teaching (N = 102), those who were seriously considering teaching (N = 40), and those who were undecided (N = 155). All three groups rated 'a job that I will find enjoyable' as the most important factor influencing their choice of career. However, as we move from the 'definitely not considering teaching' group towards the 'seriously considering teaching' group, there was a shift towards rating as important in their choice of a career those factors which teaching more evidently offers and a more favourable rating that teaching offers these factors (e.g. 'a job which gives me responsibility', 'a job where I can contribute to society' and 'job mobility'). The students who reported that they could be encouraged to consider teaching as a career were also asked to consider measures that might do so. The most highly rated measure was 'an increase in the quality of resources for teaching'.  相似文献

当前大学生就业难问题严峻,但是却有人“有业不就”。文章运用理性选择理论分析发现:物质资本、人力资本和社会资本对“有业不就”有着一定的影响;毕业生出于经济利益、工作满足及情感满足等目的而选择“有业不就”;当前的户籍制度和雇佣制度制约着高校毕业生的行动。高校毕业生“有业不就”是一种理性行动。  相似文献
