2019年突如其来的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情,使人们的生活方式发生了巨大的变化,大学生的心理健康也受到了严重的影响。本文对疫情期间国内大学生的心理健康状况和影响因素进行综述,介绍研究使用的评估工具、疫情影响因素、对大学生心理健康的干预方式等,并对未来研究提出建议。  相似文献

This brief report was designed as a follow-up to a study that found that compared to nontransfer students that presented to the counseling center, transfer students who presented to the counseling center endorsed higher levels of symptoms of depression and social anxiety, as well as more academic and family problems. The current study investigated mental health differences within the transfer student population based on when (i.e., this semester; last semester; last year; 2 years ago; more than 2 years ago) and from where (i.e., community college vs. 4-year institution) students transferred. There were no significant differences based on when and from where students transferred. However, these findings still may be clinically meaningful and implications are presented.  相似文献

了解新型冠状病毒期间护理专业大学生的心理健康状况。本研究运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对852名护理专业大学生进行问卷的调查,结果显示:护理专业大学生检出存在心理问题的有64人,占总人数的7.51%,其中出现恐怖45人、抑郁15人、强迫症状14人、敌对性9人、焦虑7人、躯体化7人、人际关系敏感6人、精神病性6人、偏执3人。少部分护理专业大学生在心理上存在应激反应。高校需完善心理应急服务机制,加强疫情期间大学生心理健康的疏导与咨询,以减轻护理专业大学生的心理压力。  相似文献

This article examines the relationship between marijuana use and anxiety symptoms among college students, with a secondary focus on marijuana use and grade point average (GPA). A secondary analysis was conducted on data obtained from the American College Health Association–National College Health Assessment. Results indicated that marijuana use was negatively associated with GPA among students with current anxiety and no formal treatment. The relationships between these variables may be more complex than previously thought.  相似文献

采用《青少年生活事件量表》(ASLEC)、《心理卫生自评表》(SCL-90),以290名在校高职生为被试进行测试,探讨高职生应激和心理健康在性别、是否独生子女、家庭所在地以及年级等人口统计学变量上的差异,并对应激与心理健康的关系进行了相关分析.结果表明:高职生的应激、心理健康及其个别维度、因子在某些人口统计学变量上表现出显著性差异;高职生应激各维度及总分与心理健康各因子及总分显著正相关.  相似文献

Psychological flexibility is associated with psychological health and affected by various factors. The aim of the present study is to examine the role of coronavirus anxiety, humor and social media addiction on psychological flexibility during the COVID-19 pandemic in Turkey. Variables were measured with online self-report surveys and data were gathered from December 2020 to January 2021 in Turkey. The sample consisted of 376 people (295 female, M?=?29.88, SD?=?11.05). The relationships between the variables were tested with path analysis using structural equation modelling (SEM). According to results, the constructed model showed that COVID-19 anxiety significantly and directly increased social media addiction (β?=?.17, p?<?.01), decreased coping humor (β?=?-.11, p?<?.05) and decreased psychological flexibility indirectly through social media addictions (β?=?-.08, p?<?.01). Humor coping significantly and directly increased psychological flexibility (β?=?.25, p?<?.01), and social media addiction significantly and directly decreased psychological flexibility (β?=?-.31, p?<?.01). Findings indicated that psychological flexibility is influenced by coronavirus anxiety, social media addiction and humor coping.  Supporting humor coping and reducing anxiety and problematic social media use would be helpful to enhance psychological flexibility of individuals during the pandemic.

为考察新冠疫情背景下大学生心理韧性与焦虑的关系,以及应对方式在其中的作用,使用心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)、广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)采取问卷星线上的方式共得到1198份有效问卷。结果发现:1198份数据中无焦虑症状762人(63.6%),轻度焦虑398人(33.2%),中度焦虑30人(2.5%),重度焦虑8人(0.7%);女生在焦虑上的得分显著高于男生,学历、年级和居住地在焦虑上的得分并无显著性差异;大学生心理韧性及其各维度与焦虑存在显著水平的负相关,心理韧性及其各维度和积极应对方式呈显著正相关,和消极应对方式呈显著负相关,积极的应对方式与焦虑呈显著负相关,而消极的应对方式与焦虑呈显著正相关;大学生的积极应对方式和消极应对方式在心理韧性对焦虑的影响中具有完全中介作用。因此新冠疫情背景下,大学生心理韧性是通过积极应对方式和消极应对方式间接影响其焦虑水平。  相似文献

This study examined the symptoms of exhaustion, school stress and anxious school refusal from a comparative developmental perspective in French adolescents enrolled in public and private general, technological and vocational schools. It is particularly important to consider academic stress levels, anxiety and school burnout in middle and high school students as they are linked to many mental health problems, such as depression or suicidal thoughts. In this study, four hundred and ninety-three adolescents completed an online questionnaire consisting of the School Burnout Inventory, the Echelle Toulousaine de Stress Scolaire perçu and the School refusal evaluation was developed. The results show a very high percentage of suffering among teenagers. The young people most affected are high school students and more particularly students in 10th and 12th grade, with nearly three-quarters of them suffering from school burnout and/or high school stress, without any distinction between the sexes or the type of schooling.  相似文献

The authors present and empirically test a multivariate model of the use of mental health counseling services. Use of such services by 1st‐year college students is directly a result of need for these services and willingness to use them. Beliefs about mental health services and demographic characteristics are not directly related to use, but indirectly affect use by influencing willingness to use. 运用COPE量表和SCL-90对初中1~3年级学生371人进行测量后发现,初中学生的应付活动主要有:他们在面临应激情境时,较多采用“针对问题积极主动应付”;心理健康状况较差的学生更倾向于使用“情绪专注与疏泄”等消极的应付方式应对困境;以“情绪专注与疏泄”为首的情绪性的应付策略对心理健康产生不同程度的负性影响,乐观性解释则对心理健康有积极作用。  相似文献

自信人格研究是我国心理学领域中新近发展的研究主题和重要研究领域之一。基于当前自信研究的现状,我们系统地探讨了大学生自信人格与心理健康之间的关系,研究揭示了自信人格诸层面与心理健康存在极其显著的相关;整体自信对大学生的心理健康水平具有明显预测力和显著影响力;不同自信得分组的大学生在心理健康诸因子上存在极其显著差异,均为"高自信组"大学生的心理健康优于"低自信组"大学生,增强个体自信有利于提高其心理健康水平。在此基础上对结果进行了讨论,并据此提出了相关建议。  相似文献
