近10年我国信息伦理学研究的实证分析

论文利用EXCEL和SPSS作为分析工具,采用文献计量和因子分析方法,分析了我国2001-2010年信息伦理学研究现状及热点,得出我国信息伦理学的研究趋势和重点主要集中于信息伦理规范、网络环境下的信息伦理学研究、图书馆与信息伦理、特殊人群的信息伦理教育、信息伦理道德教育与技术教育研究五个方面,旨在为信息伦理学的发展提供借鉴。     

The present status and analysis of Science & Technology Information (STI) service policy in Korea: Centered on Representative National STI Institute

National Science & Technology Information (STI) infrastructure of Korea has been independently developed as a decentralized system within the government ministry. In order to effectively establish the national STI infrastructure, it is essential to create a networked and integrated system in the domestic and foreign information infrastructure. This study aims to analyze current national STI infrastructure and to suggest specific ways in which domestic and foreign STI infrastructure may be utilized.     

The relationship between national and institutional electronic library developments in the UK: An overview (1)

This paper describes the background, processes and outcomes of the European Commission funded EQUINOX project, which recommended a set of fourteen performance indicators for electronic library services. Each of the recommended indicators is described and the thinking behind them, together with issues raised during consultations with the library community in Europe, is explained. Finally, it is noted that further work will be needed to link performance indicators to new models of libraries which fully describe their roles and functions in a networked information world.

图书分类法是在一定的社会历史条件下以科学分类为基础编制起来的类分图书的工具。从1975年《中图法》（第1版）到2010年《中图法》（第5版）,＂G250图书馆学＂、＂G350情报学＂类目长达35年的演变伴随着图书馆学和情报学的学科发展,其各个版本《中图法》的变迁映射出图书馆学、情报学学科发展的历史轨迹。
