利用EWB,PSPice等电路仿真软件可以虚拟许多电路实验,在现阶段起着一定的作用.但动手实物实验不可缺少,不能用虚拟实验替代实物实验,两者应相互配合使用,才能培养学生既有动手能力,又具创新思想.

做好试点工作以品牌取胜

谈到对策，我认为最重要的就是搞好电大工作的重中之重：人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点。这是电大的发展方向，是电大在激烈的竞争中赖以取胜的品牌。为此，要在以下几个方面尽快取得实质性的进展或突破。 1． 按专业推出成系列的教学资源 教学资源建设是发展现代远程教育的关键，当前已成为制约发展的瓶颈，必须充分调动中央电大和省级电大的力量，有效地分工协作，尽快充实网上资源，强调多种媒体综合应用；同时，不断扩大与普通高校或公司企业的合作力度，尽快形成系列的、成宗成卷的教学资源。我认为，制定教学资源建设目标时，不能只…
