加强艺术教育 促进全面发展——达川市第七小学教育改革结硕果

武汉市中小学美育掠影

京剧与教育的联姻——艺术教育普及化的新尝试

我国中小学艺术教育近年来发展很快,在很多方面取得了不错的成绩,但在发展的同时也暴露出一些问题。如:管理机构不健全、师资不足、开课率低等。为了更进一步发扬传统艺术、普及艺术教育,全面提升学生的艺术鉴赏能力、表演能力,国家正式将京剧纳入中小学音乐课堂。京剧进课堂的意义,不仅仅在于让孩子欣赏到京剧的美,更是转变单一的美育为全方位素质教育的一个实验。

记者从教育部获悉,经各地申报和专家评选,现确定126个县（区、市、旗）为全国农村学校艺术教育实验县。这100多个实验县将通过艺术教育综合改革实践,破解农村学校艺术教育师资短缺、设施设备落后、开课率不足等难题。陕西被确定为艺术教育实验县的是洋县、洛南县、渭南市临渭区、周至县及志丹县。     

后现代语境中的视觉文化艺术教育探析

Enlivening the senses: engaging sight and sound to (re)consider the hidden narratives of academics in the histories of university education

Abstract

This article interrogates the construction of a visual and sound installation that juxtaposes contemporary material with historical artefacts regarding academic work to offer an aesthetic mode of interruption in explorations of academic voice in university histories and in the contemporary university. Drawing upon Foucauldian histories of the present (particularly genealogy), this installation combines text, images and sound to take audiences on an emotive journey of the university. As historical research increasingly takes on an aesthetic and sensual turn, moving beyond content and context to consider other forms of representation, the article draws on theories concerning the functions of art and the semiotics involved when we engage with art to explore the emotional dimensions of academic work. Art in story and story in art methodologies are used to situate attempts at engaging in aural and visual ways of knowing time and place to (re)consider academics’ silenced historical and contemporary narratives.     

Coming in From the Cold: Imperialist Legacies and Tactical Criticalities

There is a perception in British universities and art colleges that art students are not very good at writing, that they don't want to write, and furthermore, that writing gets in the way of the real business of making art. These perceptions are reinforced in much of the literature that has been produced about, and in support of, undergraduate art education in the last few decades. This paper will examine the tensions, both historical and contemporary, between academic practices (such as the academic essay, the dissertation) and fine art studio practices. This translative gap both produces, and perpetuates, a set of binaries: visual/textual, art/literature, words/images, Studio/Art History, making/writing. The net result of which is a resistance to writing from many Art students in Higher Education. I will outline subject specific multidisciplinary strategies used with undergraduate and postgraduate students to harness, and develop, this resistance as both transformational and inventive.

通过阐释当代漆艺教育的发展历程,分析当代漆艺面临的主要问题,并结合漆艺在当代文化语境中的多重身份,探讨了当代漆艺教育的发展方向。当代的漆艺教育要兼顾漆艺研究、漆艺教学与相关产品设计开发的均衡发展,坚持大漆技艺传承的基础上,促进教学形式的多样化,并结合文化创意产业发展,促进当代漆艺与现代生活的融合。

本通过介绍美国《艺术教育国家标准》的由来，阐释了当代美国艺术教育改革的基本理念，具体分析了美国艺术教育改革的若干个特点，提出我国的音乐基础教育工作必须树立新的教育理念。     

Philosophy of Art Education in the Visual Culture: Aesthetics for Art Teachers

This paper describes an experimental course in the preparation of art teachers. The goal of the course was to engage final-year art students in thinking about the fundamental questions in aesthetic education and in considering various views of their roles as teachers of art. The classes presented a dialogue between two teachers: a philosopher of art and an artist. We discussed the social justification of art, the place of art in education and more generally the portrayal of visual culture in philosophical thought. The bibliography for the course comprised a list of basic texts in aesthetic education, from Friedrich Schiller to Nelson Goodman. In class we linked the range of philosophical views examined to the artistic exploration of themes (mainly in contemporary and local art). The course also incorporated guest speakers who presented their own projects relating to different meeting points of art and education, including social-activist artists, curators, philosophers of education and school architects. The article presents the rationale for the course, its method and a sample of its content.     

中国古代书院精神对现代大学书院制建设的启示

中国书院教育经历了数千年的历史演进,到了21世纪的今天,当代大学正结合西方住宿学院制进行书院制建设的尝试。书院精神是中国传统教育的结晶,其中"尊德行"的德育教育、"精思善疑"的求是精神和"以天下为己任"的责任教育等教育性特点更是书院教育的精髓和灵魂。对古代书院精神的教育性特点进行梳理和总结,有利于对书院精神进行更加深入的理解,而进一步有利于当代大学书院制建设从中寻求启迪,汲取借鉴,形成重视学科交叉的通识教育、配备全方位指导的导师团队和构建师生融合的学术型社区等当代大学书院文化,继承和发展了中华民族优秀的教育文化。     

Assessment of Art Education in Hungary: Historical Problems in Contemporary Perspective

Although art teachers are mostly unwilling to undertake assessment procedures or examinations, the history of art education suggests that even the earliest art programmes ended in rather rigid trials of draughtsmanship. A group of researchers including the author of this paper was commissioned to develop new methods for final examinations and, after surveying the existing methods and work done during the 1980s when art became one of the electives at the school-leaving examinations of the secondary grammar school, we were struck by the similarity between current tasks and solutions and 19th century works and models. Changing the methods of examinations in our case will certainly involve the reinterpretation of the academic heritage that at the same time elevates and cripples Hungarian art education at the secondary school level. This paper illustrates and interprets the philosophy of the examinations and art concourses from important periods of Hungarian educational history and outlines the passage of the Hungarian art teacher from the supposedly ‘eternal’ world of the Academia to the ‘banal’, ‘transitional’, ‘vulgar’ realms of contemporary visual communication.
