浅论性别差异与学校教育

性别差异是人类最基本的自然差别和社会角色差别之一,但是在我国教育界,长期以来却实行着不区分性别差异的教育模式.性别差异在学校教育中几乎被忽视,它与学校教育的关系甚至被置于教育学理论视野之外.在学校教育中要不要重视性别差异,性别差异应不应该成为区分教育对象和教育方式的一项基本条件,在新世纪伊始,这是一个值得社会研究并关注的教育发展问题.     

函授生述情障碍的调查分析

为调查函授生述情障碍的表现特点以及影响因素,对158名文、理科在职函授生分别采用多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)进行测查.结果表明(1)函授生TAS总分以及因子Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ得分明显高于全国常模,10.77%的被试有睡眠质量问题;(2)催眠药物、睡眠障碍分别与TAS中的因子Ⅳ呈显著正相关,TAS的方差分析显示专业主效应显著,但性别差异、性别与专业的交互作用不显著;(3)函授生述情障碍症状突出,与所学专业和承受压力有关并影响到睡眠质量和心身健康.应关注他们的心身健康,从不同层面进行干预.     

论教育活动中的性别偏见

男女生性别差异是客观存在的,然而在教育活动中存在着忽视学生性别差异的现象,存在着性别偏见的问题.这主要表现为教师对性别心理特性的偏见;教材文化中的性别偏见;教育科学中的性别偏见.要真正做到男女平等,在教育活动中必须关注性别差异,实施"因性施教",使每一个学生得到健康,全面的发展.     

“双减”背景下高年级小学生睡眠现状审思

为调查“双减”政策实施后高年级小学生睡眠现状及影响因素,为学生睡眠健康的干预工作提供依据,通过整群抽样的方法,选取江苏省扬州市两所学校的310名小学高年级学生家长进行问卷调查。研究结果显示：(1)高年级小学生每日平均睡眠时间小于10小时的占比78.1%,睡眠质量不良的发生率为16.9%;(2)“双减”政策效果初显,高年级小学生的睡眠现状较以往有所改善,但仍有待提高;(3)非独生子女、学业等级不合格、睡前使用电子产品时间过长是高年级小学生每日睡眠时长不足的危险因素;(4)年龄大、母亲受教育程度低、隔代家庭以及严厉型教养方式是睡眠问题发生的显著影响因素。结论：高年级小学生睡眠现状有所改善,但仍未达到国家规定标准,社会各界仍需持续推进“双减”政策;高年级小学生睡眠问题受多方面因素影响,家庭、学校及社会需要协同努力,保障学生的睡眠健康。     

高等教育需求及专业选择中的性别差异及其影响因素分析

本文应用对我国三省一市90所中学10909名高中毕业班学生的调查数据,探讨了高中生高等教育需求及专业选择中的性别差异状况及其影响因素。研究发现:我国高中生高等教育需求的性别差异已不大,但专业选择中的性别隔离现象比较严重。我国家庭存在的男孩偏好倾向、家庭教育期望的代际传递模式、家庭资源的不充裕等因素是造成高等教育需求中性别差异的重要原因,而性别刻板印象、家庭收入水平、家庭教育期望等因素对专业选择中的性别差异具有重要影响。     

贫困地区农村人口能力贫困的性别差异——基于湖北省贫困县的农户调查

利用来自贫困地区农户调查数据,采取列联分析和方差检验分析的方法从健康和教育两个方面对贫困地区农村人口能力贫困的性别差异进行考察和分析。研究发现,贫困地区农村人口在健康和教育水平上具有显著的性别差异,与男性相比,女性人口处于能力更贫困状态。但在15岁以下的未成年时期和55岁以上的老年时期,男女健康投资的差别与性别无关。家庭主妇的教育程度对农户家庭经济状况具有显著影响。在分析性别差异形成原因基础上,本文提出了相应的对策建议。     

员工职业发展性别差异实证研究

通过影响因素模型分析可知,员工在职业发展中感知冲突、健康、人际、晋升、薪酬、培训发展等因素的影响时,存在较大的性别差异.其中,男性员工仅在感知健康因素大于女性栽员工,其他因素对男性员工的影响均小于女性员工.女性员工应从提高学历、控制情绪、化解冲突、增强人际关系等方面,缩小在职业发展中的性别差异,从而拥有更多的社会资源和资本储备,实现真正的性别平等.     

高中新生自我控制对睡眠质量的影响:正念的中介作用

为探讨自我控制对睡眠质量的影响及正念的中介作用,以期为高中新生校园适应性教育、心理健康教育提供新的干预方法,并为高中生自主发展、健康生活提供新视角,采用青少年自我控制双系统量表、新编简版正念五因素量表和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表对1222名高一学生进行调查。结果发现:高一学生的自我控制处于中等水平,正念处于中上水平,睡眠质量较差;高一学生自我控制显著正向预测睡眠质量,且正念在自我控制和睡眠质量中起部分中介作用。     

试论影响大学生健康的因素及健康教育的开展

对大学生吸烟不良习惯、影响睡眠因素、影响心理健康的原因进行了分析;对不良的行为、生活方式和心理障碍叙述了危害;对高等院校开设健康教育课程提出了要求。通过对学生的健康教育,改变大学生的生活方式和行为习惯,培养健康行为,从而达到预防疾病,增进健康,提高生活质量的目的。

The Reader Response Approach to Teaching of English Literature

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models. At last I evaluate its usefuiness for teachers and present the advantages of reader response approach in Chinese context.
