一种真菌蛋白对黄瓜抗病性的诱导

以黄瓜为材料，用中国农科院的邱德文博士从真菌中分离的新型真菌激活蛋白处理后，对苯氨酸解氨酶、过氧化物酶、纤维素酶的活性以及脯氨酸含量进行了测定。结果表明：真菌激活蛋白处理后一定时间，处理的植株苯丙氨酸解氨酶、过氧化物酶、纤维素酶活性明显升高，且脯氨酸含量也明显高于对照。     

He-Ne激光对灯盏花愈伤组织生理生化指标的影响

本研究以灯盏花愈伤组织为材料,采用He-Ne激光器,波长632.8nm,输出功率6mW,光源距为3cm,设置不同的辐照剂量处理灯盏花愈伤组织,然后采用可见分光光度法测定辐照后灯盏花愈伤组织内丙二醛含量(MDA)、可溶性糖含量、过氧化氢酶(POD)、过氧化物酶(CAT)活性等生理指标,结果表明:He-Ne激光诱导灯盏花愈伤组织,1min增殖最快,POD酶活性最大,经过7min照射蛋白质含量及CAT活性最高,He-Ne激光对灯盏花不同处理,MDA含量均低于对照,说明了激光的处理在一定程度上还保护了灯盏花愈伤组织的细胞膜,还使抗氧化系统能力的提高.     

苏云金杆菌（Bt）和克螨灵对蚯蚓生长的影响

本文通过选用苏云金杆菌和克螨灵两种生物农药以不同浓度的稀释液于蚯蚓饲养期间进行模拟喷淋试验，观察蚯蚓生长发育。结果表明，采用高效Bt(8000IU／mg)稀释100倍的高浓度对蚯蚓生长有干扰作用，50倍浓度影响了蚯蚓的正常生殖，稀释浓度200倍以上对蚯蚓的生长和繁殖没有影响；采用克螨灵(0.5％阿维菌素)稀释1000倍和500倍的浓度对蚯蚓生长有干扰作用，100倍浓度抑制蚯蚓生长，稀释浓度1000倍以上对蚯蚓的生长和繁殖没有影响。     

寡聚糖激发子诱导杨树抗溃疡病的生化机制

用已筛选的3种寡聚糖激发子A1、B、C3分别诱导毛白杨愈伤组织,以加无菌水为对照,并在诱导48 h后挑战接种杨树溃疡病菌,测定毛白杨愈伤组织中苯丙氨酸解氨酶、几丁质酶和抗坏血酸氧化酶活性的变化。结果表明,3种寡聚糖激发子A1、B、C3诱导48 h后接种杨树溃疡病菌,毛白杨愈伤组织中苯丙氨酸解氨酶和几丁质酶活性均呈单峰曲线变化,并且变化趋势基本上满足:A1>B>C3>CK(对照接种),而抗坏血酸氧化酶活性的变化为:在发病初期和中期(0-48 h)诱导接种毛白杨愈伤组织均高于对照接种,而在发病后期(t>48 h)对照接种毛白杨愈伤组织高于诱导接种,因此,可以得出寡聚糖激发子A1的诱导抗病性比寡聚糖激发子B和C3都强。     

不同品种一品红愈伤组织诱导能力初步研究

以MS为基本培养基、一品红花序轴为外植体，通过不同植物生长调节剂，诱导不同品种愈伤组织的发生。结果表明一品红不同品种对培养基中不同植物生长调节剂的浓度及其组合的反应不一，同一品种在不同浓度的植物生长调节剂的培养基上以及不同品种在相同浓度植物生长调节剂的培养基上培养时，愈伤组织的诱导率差异较大，从而筛选出适合一品红不同品种花序轴愈伤组织诱导的配方。     

不同植物生长调节剂对益母草愈伤组织诱导的影响

以益母草茎段、叶片两种外植体诱导产生愈伤组织．在MS培养基上,试验不同种类、不同浓度的植物生长调节剂及其组合对益母草茎段和叶片愈伤组织诱导的影响．结果表明：茎段愈伤组织诱导的较适培养基是MS附加6-BA3mg／L＋NAA1mg／L,诱导率为65％;叶片愈伤组织诱导的较适培养基是MS附加6-BA2mg／L＋NAA1mg／L,诱导率为80％．对益母草茎段和叶片外植体愈伤组织进行诱导,可为进一步研究益母草的组织培养和植株再生提供实验依据．     

金背大红花瓣的组织培养方法

以菊花花瓣为外植体，在无菌条件下诱导愈伤组织，再由愈伤组织进行芽诱导．利用花瓣组织培养易变异的特性，以期培养出新品种．本实验中探讨了6-BA、NAA在诱导愈伤组织和芽诱导中的影响，并获得MS＋6-BA2mg／L＋NAA0．5mg／L为芽诱导的最佳培养方秦．     

薄荷叶片愈伤组织的诱导与增殖

以薄荷（Mentha haplocalyx Briq）幼嫩叶片为外植体，采用正交设计L9（3^3）考察6-BA，NAA，2，4-D3种植物生长调节物质对叶片愈伤组织诱导的影响，实验结果表明薄荷叶片愈伤组织诱导最佳培养基为MS＋6—BA10mg／L＋NAA1．0mg／L＋2，4-D0.5mg／L＋蔗糖30g／L．在此培养基上研究不同培养条件对愈伤组织增殖效应的影响，结果表明薄荷愈伤组织继代增殖适合且经济的培养条件为蔗糖20g／L，液体浅层静置培养．

以中华芦荟、库拉索芦荟和木立芦荟的叶片为外植体进行组织培养。结果表明：三种芦荟均可以在特定的培养基中形成愈伤组织。中华芦荟愈伤组织的诱导最佳培养基为：MS 6-BA0.2mg／L 2，4-D0．5mg／L；库拉索芦荟愈伤组织的诱导最佳培养基为：MS 6-BA1.0mg／L 2，4-D1．0mg／L；木立芦荟愈伤组织的诱导最佳培养基为：MS 6-BA2．0mg／L 2，4-D1．5mg／L。
