对加强学风建设问题的思考

我们建设社会主义现代化，必须坚持马克思主义的指导地位，而要坚持马克思主义就必须端下学风，因为学风问题是第一重要的问题，它的重要性是由马克思主义理论的指导地位所决定的，同时也是实践的必然要求，端正学风必须加强学风建设,而加强学风建设的关键是必须坚持理论与实践的统一，同时努力提高理论工作者自身的党性修养和思想修养。     

学风建设是构建马克思主义学习型政党的首要问题

我们党在十七届四中全会中首次提出了"马克思主义学习型政党"的科学概念,并要求把建设马克思主义学习型政党作为重大而紧迫的战略任务抓紧抓好。建设马克思主义学习型政党是一项系统复杂的工程,需要解决的问题很多,但首要的是要抓好学风建设。该文着重就学风建设存在的问题,学风建设的实践路径,学风建设的重大意义进行了探讨。

马克思主义学风的理论要义是:对待马克思主义要一切从实际出发,做到理论联系实际;对待马克思主义要坚持继承、发展、创新。党的执政能力建设任务的提出,体现了马克思主义学风的时代价值要求。探索马克思主义学风与党的执政能力之间的内在联系,以马克思义学风为指导,创新党的执政理念、完善党的执政方略、巩固党的执政基础,是提高党的执政能力的关键。
