“一体化”之外──介绍台湾重度智能障碍儿童教育措施与课程内容

对于重度智力障碍的特殊儿童所显现的问题，无论是生理上的，还是心理上的都会严重阻障他们的学习和生活。本文就台湾重度智能障碍儿童的教育措施与课程内容，提出几项重要的、能够运作的模式和原则。     

LINKING AND LEVERAGING FOR POWERFUL IMPACT: AN INNOVATIVE COLLABORATION TO ADDRESS NATIONAL WORKFORCE NEEDS

Learning assistance is in increasing demand in postsecondary institutions. This study investigates the students accessing the services offered by the Learning Skills Center (LSC) in a Canadian community college. Students are compared with the general student body. Results indicate that students requesting assistance tend to be predominantly female and in their first year of study. Mature students appear to use the Center more readily than younger students. The increasing number of students who speak English as a second language may place special demand on the instructional techniques used by LSC staff. Suggestions are provided for increasing the student demand from underrepresented groups.

《现代汉语通论》是在新时代新的人材要求下,对以前的教材批判性吸收后重新编写的一部全国高校普遍通用的现代汉语基础理论教材。我们在学习过程中感于本书的实用和时代性的同时,也在某些地方遇到一些困难或感到困惑,发现书中存在一些瑕疵。现从印刷错误、所述不全、所述有误、前后不一和存在争议五个方面进行了整理归纳,管中窥豹,不胜冒昧,这里一并提出求教于方家,同时也希望能够给编者今后的修订工作提供一些参考,为以后的学习者提供方便。

学术期刊编辑,编研结合的道路是保证刊物质量的重要途径,也是办出刊物特色所必需的。学术期刊编辑编研结合应注意正确处理编与研的关系,正确处理编辑学研究与其他相关专业研究的关系。从事专业学术研究应侧重宏观驾驭,从事科研工作应侧重信息分析。     

THE STRUCTURE AND IMPLICATIONS OF CHILDREN'S ATTITUDES TO SCHOOL

ABSTRACT:  The paper reports a study of children's attitudes to school based on a questionnaire survey of 845 pupils in their first year of secondary school in England, together with interviews with a sample of the children. A clearly structured set of attitudes emerged from a factor analysis which showed a distinction between instrumental and affective aspects of attitudes but also dimensions within these, including a sense of teacher commitment and school as a difficult environment. Virtually all children had a strong sense of the importance of doing well at school. However, a substantial minority were not sure that they would stay on after 16. There were few differences between boys and girls or between children from different socio-economic backgrounds but children planning to leave at 16 enjoyed school less and were less sure that it had anything to offer them. There was an almost universal commitment to the value of education but, for a minority, an ambivalence about the experience and relevance of schooling for them.

论我国扩大内需政策中的逆调节现象及其对策

我国政府近年来相继出台了刺激消费、扩大内需的一系列政策,但政策效应并不尽如人意,而且有的政策还成了新的消费障碍,出现了政策效应的“逆调节”现象。其原因主要来自现实的特有矛盾和人们消极的消费心理倾向。因此,在我国继续实施扩大内需政策的过程中,需要政策措施的协调配合,发挥其综合效益,特别是改革的力度、节奏和时机要与扩大内需政策结合起来,以健全各种社会保健制度为基础,采取有效措施,增强人们的消费信心,这样才能有效地发挥政策的效应,拉动经济增长。     

再论母语在第二语言习得中的正负迁移作用

母语在第二语言习得的过程中,既起着积极的作用,又起着消极的作用,既能帮助第二语言学习,又能妨碍第二语言学习。因此,母语在第二语言习得中存在正向迁移,又存在着负向迁移。对此,应正确加以处理。     

IMPLICATIONS FOR THE CONDUCT OF EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH OF ADOPTING DEWEY'S THEORY OF INQUIRY

This paper examines the implications for the practical conduct of educational research of adopting John Dewey's theory of inquiry as a research methodology. Complex theoretical issues generated by his account of inquiry are not discussed, though references are provided in the text. It is argued that educational research conducted according to the tenets of Dewey would be considerably different from traditional research. Teachers would occupy a major role as researchers and teachers’ immediate and practical problems would serve as the focus of research, knowledge and theory generation, thereby alleviating many of the causes of teacher alienation to research.     

OPEC音译名称和零翻译缩略语的广泛接受对引进外来语的启示

OPEC的音译名称“欧佩克”和汉语文章中零翻译缩略语的使用曾一度成为某些学者攻击的对象 ,今天它们已经得到广泛的接受。这个事实给我们三点启示 :不应以原则规范外来语的引进 ;同事同物异译并存可以丰富汉语的表现力、有利于汉语择优选用 ;谨慎看待语言污染。
