针对纳米TiO2在应用中存在易团聚、难回收等缺点,选用白云母为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了白云母,纳米TiO2复合光催化材料.用制备的材料在紫外光照射条件下处理直接铜络合偶氮染料废水.结果表明:500℃焙烧的复合材料对废水的光催化脱色率达到61%以上.该复合材料有望在废水处理、环保涂料领域得到应用.  相似文献

This study on the band structures and charge densities of nitrogen (N)-, carbon (C)- and boron (B)-doped titanium dioxide (TiO2) by first-principles simulation with the CASTEP code (Segall et al., 2002) showed that the three 2p bands of impurity atom are located above the valence-band maximum and below the Ti 3d bands, and that along with the decreasing of impurity atomic number, the fluctuations become more intensive. We cannot observe obvious band-gap narrowing in our result. Therefore, the cause of absorption in visible light might be the isolated impurity atom 2p states in band-gap rather than the band-gap narrowing.  相似文献

To understand the absorption mechanism of nitrogen dioxide into a sodium sulfide solution, a stirred tank reactor with a plane gas-liquid interface was used to measure the chemical absorption rate of diluted nitrogen dioxide into sodium sulfide solution. The absorption rates under various experimental conditions were measured and the effects of experimental conditions on nitrogen dioxide absorption rate were discussed. The results show that, in the range of this study, nitrogen dioxide absorption rate increases with increasing sodium sulfide concentration, nitrogen dioxide inlet concentration, and flue gas flow rate, but decreases with increasing reaction temperature and oxygen content in flue gas.  相似文献

A method for decomposition of cellulose to produce 5-hydroxymethyl-furaldehyde (5- HMF) in subcritical water-carbon dioxide binary system was proposed. A series of experiments were performed in a batch reaction vessel. Main products of the decomposition of cellulose are 5-HMF, furfural, levulinic acid and 1, 2, 4-benzenetrioI.The optimum condition for the preparation of 5-HMF was found as 523.15 K, 5.0% carbon dioxide mole fraction, and 30 min reaction time. The addition of carbon dioxide to water conduced to the decomposition of cellulose to 5-HMF. As can be seen from the distribution of the prod-ucts, the decomposition mechanism of cellulose is similar to the hydrothermal reaction of D-glucose and D-fructose.  相似文献

以钛酸丁酯为前驱物,无水乙醇为溶剂,冰醋酸为抑制剂,硝酸为催化剂在低温条件下制备纳米二氧化钛凝胶.通过定量分析得出优化工艺条件:V乙醇/V钛酸丁酯为6,V水/V钛酸丁酯为1,V冰醋酸/V钛酸丁酯为1,体系pH为3~4,凝胶时间为2~4h,煅烧温度为500°C,煅烧时间为2h.用激光粒度仪表征纳米TiO2颗粒平均粒径为800nm,用XRD表征计算晶粒粒径为25nm.  相似文献

In order to obtain anatase TiO2/expanded graphite with high expansion volume, titania gel was introduced to expandable graphite surface by sol-gel process, and then the composite was expanded and calcined at high temperature. The samples were analysed by using scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS), and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The optimal conditions for preparation are as follows: the molar ratio of tetrabutyl orthotitanate to triethanolamine is 1∶0.4, and the calcination and expansion temperature is in the range of 650-750 °C. Under such conditions, the expansion volume of composites could reach 98 mL/g, and the mass loss ratio is less than 5%. The analysis shows that lower temperature and smaller particle size of graphite are helpful to the formation of anatase-type of TiO2, but larger particle size will lead to lower mass loss ratio, and higher temperature and larger particle size will lead to higher expansion volume.  相似文献

以废纸为原料,经磷酸活化后与纳米TiO2混合,再经微波加热炭化制备出负载纳米TiO2的活性炭光催化剂,实验测定了该催化剂对麦草畏的吸附性能,其吸附等温线可用Freundlich和Langmuir等温线模型进行回归分析,饱和吸附量为101.2mg/g.该催化剂在紫外光下可降解除草剂麦草畏,和未负载活性炭的纳米TiO2催化剂相比,所制备的催化剂光催化活性更高,有较好的沉降分离性和过滤分离性,有利于光催化剂从溶液中分离和重复使用.  相似文献

以钛酸四丁酯为前驱物,活性炭(AC)为载体,蔗糖为胶粘剂,采用真空吸附水解的方法制备纳米光催化活性炭,再经氮气环境下100~400℃不同温度的焙烧处理,制得TiO2/AC催化剂。采用BET和XRD等手段对其物理化学特性进行表征。以水中四氯乙烯为探针分子考察TiO2/AC催化剂的光催化降解性能。结果表明,在光照2 h条件下,TiO2/AC催化剂可以将水中溶解的四氯乙烯量降解90%以上。催化剂可以多次循环使用,光催化反应活性不变。  相似文献

提出了一种新的催化剂制备方法,采用TiO2纳米棒与聚乙二醇通过压片和焙烧的方法制备了多孔TiO2块体.通过条件优化,当纳米棒与聚乙二醇比例为1/3时,成块结构良好,且光催化反应前后保持了完整的块体结构,制备的块体降解甲基橙2h达到74.77%,具有良好的光催化活性,且在非均相光催化应用中催化剂无需分离,从而解决了催化剂的回收问题.  相似文献

建立电导检测离子色谱法测定选矿废水中微量NO3-和SO42-含量的新方法。该方法使用Metrosep A Supp5 250/4.0型阴离子色谱柱分离,以3.2 mmol·L-1Na2CO3与1.0 mmol·L-1Na HCO3溶液为淋洗液,流速0.7 m L·min-1进行洗脱,由抑制型电导检测器进行定量测试。实验结果表明:NO3-和SO42-在一定范围内呈线性关系,检出限分别为5.69、8.49 mg·L-1。该方法用于选矿废水试样中2种阴离子的测定,加标回收率NO3-为100.0%,SO42-为107.1%,相对标准偏差小于2%。  相似文献
