关于政府投资项目成功标准的研究

确定政府投资项目成功的标准,对项目进行有效的实施是至关重要。在文献梳理和政府投资项目承担功能分析的基础上提出了20个标准进行问卷实证。这些标准被高度认可,占75%的均值在5以上。最受看重的前5个标准依次为项目要按期完成、项目符合设计要求、项目实施不出事故、运用建筑材料环保、不破坏周围环境。因子分析后提出评价政府投资项目成功标准的四个维度:公司收益、群众受益、长远利益及资金效益。     

East Meets West in Assessment Development: Western Technical Assistance to Eastern Needs. Part II: Project and Team Management in the AERo Project in Romania

This is Part II of a three-part series describing the consultancy and training demands that are encountered in technical assistance projects in Central and Eastern Europe. This part highlights project management and cooperation aspects in delivering support to the Romanian Assessment and Examination Service. Part I dealt with strategic issues for a successful delivery of "Western Technical Assistance to Eastern Needs." Part III will address training of Polish subject experts, preparing to take on responsibility for a decentralized and drastically changed final exam, the Matura.     

陕西省水文测验受工程建设影响及采取的对策初探

近年来,随着西部大开发战略的实施,我省经济建设持续快速发展,水资源供需矛盾更加突出。由于供水、城市景观、生态环境改造、旅游、发电、跨流域调水、交通等涉水工程的新建,改变了水文站所在局部河段的水沙特性和测验条件,给正常水文测验工作造成了前所未有的困难,本文就目前陕西省水文测验受人类活动影响的现状,建议采取两方面的措施：一是贯彻相关法律、法规、政策,加强对各种工程建设的管理。二是加强试验研究,探索新的测验方式、方法,提高技术水平应对人类活动对水文测验的不利影响。     

面与点的论证——关于2011、2012两个年度的《校企合作报告》

中国职业教育校企合作报告（2011）、中国职业教育校企合作报告（2012），中国职业技术教育学会校企合作工作委员会，天津大学职业技术教育学院及其他相关部门承担的一项制度化、连续化的一项工作。本文所致力于的是介绍了这两个报告的概貌，并简要评说了这两个报告的亮点和意义。     

ORIENTATIONS TO PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION: UNDERSTANDING THEIR RELATIONSHIP TO PD OUTCOMES ACROSS MULTIPLE PROJECTS

Given the large investment in teacher professional development (PD), further understanding of the factors that impact PD success is needed. In a previous study, the authors established a framework for categorizing PD projects using the notion of orientations. A PD orientation is comprised of project characteristics that drive the PD design and implementation for that project. In this study, we applied this orientation framework to 14 science and mathematics PD projects and examined the relationship between projects of differing orientations and PD outcomes (e.g. perceived improvement in teaching practices). The results provide support for the value of the framework and demonstrate that PD projects with different orientations exhibit differing participant outcomes. This study also provides evidence of the value of this research framework for understanding how PD implementation characteristics are related to PD outcomes, as well as points to the value of a “balanced” orientation where both content and pedagogy are addressed in equal parts.     

SERVICE-LEARNING AT THE EDGE OF CHAOS

This paper discusses the implementation of an intergenerational service-learning (IS-L) project by Western Michigan University's Gerontology Program. Two classes of students, one graduate and one undergraduate, taking introductory gerontology courses were brought together to complete IS-L projects of their own designs. Students were placed in teams. Key project components included: negotiation with community partners to construct a viable one-semester project, collaboration on a team, and analysis of the team development process. A Critical Incident Questionnaire was used to collect data on student perceptions of project and class progress. While challenging, most students found the intergenerational service-learning projects and team format valuable and rewarding.     

国家示范性高等职业院校建设项目后评价构想

从国家示范性高等职业院校建设项目成效的滞后性、资源的差异性、任务的集成性等方面看,示范建设的后评级是必要的。同时,由于项目在立项、实施和验收各个阶段都有完备的档案,为项目后评价提供的可靠依据,使得项目后评价具有可行性。在此基础上,示范建设后评价的内容可以包括目标、过程、效益、影响、持续性等多个指标,并通过健全管理机构、建立指标体系、强化保障机制、建立反馈机制等多种途径来实现。     

Promoting the dialogue: role of action research atBelvedere Technical Teachers' college,Zimbabwe

Zimbabwe's Belvedere Technical Teachers' College requires students to complete a Curriculum Depth Studies (CDS) project investigating some aspect of their teaching. The Professional Studies (PS) section at the college is undergoing an action research project to improve how students are prepared for and supported in doing their CDS projects. At the same time, the section is promoting action research as a model for the students' projects. By participating in the process that they are advocating, PS section lecturers examined the complexities of doing action research. The college-wide dialogue reflects the deep thinking, tensions and contradictions involved in the process     

项目教学质量评价体系的研究与实践——以南宁职业技术学院计算机类专业为例

项目教学法是以项目为核心的教与学的方法。项目教学是一个学习过程和工作过程的动态活动,项目教学质量评价也是一个动态过程,评价所关注的是师生参与项目实施和完成项目的质量,而不仅仅是项目成果。因此,从项目的准备、项目的实施和项目的验收三个动态阶段对教师的教学和学生的学习质量进行监控评价,构建过程性评价与终结性评价相结合的项目教学质量评价体系,摒弃了传统的学科考试评价体系。     

关于教育项目设置的思考

结合大连教育学院项目管理实践,对教育项目管理意义、项目的特点和项目设置的原则进行了探讨和思索,对项目目标设计、项目实施过程、项目管理机制建设和项目团队建设等提出了原则性的建议。     

中国特色高水平高等职业学校建设策略研究

分析了中国特色高水平高等职业学校的建设要求,提出将中国特色高水平高等职业学校的建设策略分为主线思路和实现策略两个部分,并提出一种通用的中国特色高水平高等职业学校建设主线思路——“坚持学校长期的办学特色方向,以专业群相对集中整合资源,以各种事业平台为载体承担各项建设项目,以项目为抓手推动学校向高水平发展”。认为实现策略是对主线思路的细化,需要厘清学校的办学定位、专业群划分、事业平台载体和可实施的项目,并以长沙商贸旅游职业技术学院为例进行详细分析。     

高职院校学报建设的个案分析——以《十堰职业技术学院学报》为例

以对《十堰职业技术学院学报》(2000~2004年共20期)的统计分析结果为例,提出了加强高职院校学报建设应采取的措施,如控制外稿比例,增加项目论文,加大对外合作力度,建设好重点栏目,严格执行《CAJ-CD规范》等。     

高职院校图书馆文献资源的保护管理

对图书馆文献资源进行保护管理,可延缓文献资源的变质历程,延长其使用寿命。浙江东方职业技术学院运用全面质量管理的PDCA法,从计划、执行、检查和处理四个阶段对图书馆文献资源的保护管理进行了探索,实践证明,基于PDCA法对图书馆文献资源进行有效的保护管理起着十分重要的作用。     

Promoting Student Learning in Criminal Justice,STEM, and Forensic Science: Aggie Sleuth Initiative (AggieSI)-Guided Inquiry Learning Experience

This study reported the first interdisciplinary Aggie Sleuth Initiative (AggieSI) conducted between the Departments of Political Science and Criminal Justice, Sociology and Social Work and Chemistry in order to interest underrepresented minority students in the field of forensic science at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NCA&T). The AggieSI project involved a “simulated crime scene” and a “hypothetical narrative” that provided the “simulated circumstances” for the AggieSI exercise. The students worked in groups on their AggieSI projects in a guided inquiry laboratory experiment format. The students found their AggieSI project motivating, promoting the students’ critical thinking, problem-solving and teamwork skills with students from other departments. This project also promoted mutually beneficial collaborations and partnerships between NCA&T and the local Police Department to further promote forensic studies and to ensure justice and public safety in our community.     

高校基本建设项目全过程造价管理运行机制研究

实施基本建设项目全过程造价管理,可以促进高校对工程建设的管理和监督,提高资金使用效益。由于机制不完善,在实施过程中往往会出现管理不到位的问题,在一定程度上影响了实效性。本文通过构建高校基本建设项目全过程造价管理运行机制框架图,说明了高校参与工程造价管理的各部门间的关系,阐述了健全全过程工程造价管理的总体协调机制及项目建设各阶段工程造价管理强化机制的作用,分析了健全基本建设项目建设全过程工程造价审计机制的方法。以期通过机制的完善促进高校基本建设全过程造价管理有效运行。     

工程造价风险管理方法研究

投资控制是工程项目管理的一个重要目标。本文通过对工程造价的构成及特性分析,论证了工程项目实施过程中可能存在的风险因素,运用风险管理的基本原理,结合工程项目实施的特点,提出了对工程项目进行风险分析的基本方法,并进一步对风险识别、风险评估、风险处理和风险监控等风险管理的主要过程进行了分析研究。
