师范生教师教育课程学习需求调查研究——以《教育学》课程为例

本研究以《教育学》课程为例,通过对508名师范生的问卷调查,探究师范生在教师教育课程情感与信念需求、知识需求、能力需求、教师素养需求、学习方式需求、教材需求、评价需求及学习时间需求等方面的现状,并针对其中存在的问题,提出一些解决的建议与对策。     

免费师范生课程意识的培养

分析了当前免费师范生课程意识的现状及其影响因素,强调课程意识在师范生学习期间的重要意义,认为教师课程意识的生成与构建是一个从认识、理解再到体验与生成的过程,个体在师范院校学习的时期,恰恰是教师课程意识构建的最理想时期。从师范生本身、教师和学校三个角度指出生成免费师范生课程意识的方法和途径。     

论教师教育课程视野中的合作学习

合作学习在教师教育课程教学中蕴涵着宝贵的课程资源潜能,师范生的经验、差异、合作交往等都潜藏着重要的课程价值.教师教育课程教学中开展合作学习应充分挖掘和调动各种学生资源,促进师范生在合作学习中生发教师专业敏感、提升教师专业知能并发展教师专业判断力与思维力,实现教师教育课程目标.     

高校师范生课程相关性研究——以地理科学专业为例

高师院校课程设置是否合理直接影响到教师教育的质量,师范生课程设置的问题一直是教师教育改革的重点。课程相关性可以呈现出课程之间的联系,为课程的纵向、横向设置提供直接依据。针对学习过程、技能习得结果难以量化的问题,以学生成绩为基础量化研究不同类别课程之间的相关性。结果显示:各类课程间存在不同程度的相关性,师范生的学习效果与课程之间的相关性密切。此外,根据课程之间的相关性和师范生从教素质的需求,提出从"影响课程"到"关注课程"的合理化课程结构,并给出学生选课规划和教师任课的建议。     

综合性大学教师教育微型课程开发构想

教师教育微型课程,是为满足师范生学习需要,在教师教育课程领域内,以相对独立的主题整合起来并通过小学时实施的系列课程组织形式。综合性大学教师教育微型课程的开发,能够增强师范生学习的实践性、研究性、反思性,强化专业能力的培养,促进教师职前学习的变革。     

面向免费师范生专业学位硕士研究生的网络课程建设和实施探索 ——以“现代化学与中学化学”网络课程为例

为满足免费师范生攻读教育硕士的课程学习需要,专门进行了“现代化学与中学化学”网络课程的建设和实施,积极探索了符合免费师范生专业学位硕士研究生学习需求和学习特点的课程目标、课程内容与资源、呈现方式、互动方式及其指导方式,经过多轮次的网络课程实施,总结归纳了免费师范生专业学位硕士生网络课程实施中的核心问题及其有效对策。     

地方院校师范生课程学习投入的影响因素

地方院校师范生的课程学习投入直接决定了教师教育的质量,探索师范生课程学习投入的影响因素成为研究的关注点。本研究通过对165名师范生的问卷调查,从个体层面和机构层面,分析了师范生的课程学习经历感知和对课程教学的满意度对其学习投入的影响作用。结果发现:(1)在个体层面,师范生课程学习经历中感知的"通用技能培养"和"恰当的评价"对其学习投入具有显著影响,而感知的"良好的教学"、"清晰的目标"、"适当的负担"和"强调自主性"等因素对学习投入的影响不显著;(2)师范生对机构层面的课程内容、教学活动、教师素质、教学质量的满意度与其学习投入之间存在显著正相关关系。     

基于师范生已有经验的《教育学》课程与教学

在教学过程中充分开发师范生已有教学经验，《教育学》能够实现三个方面的价值：检视师范生已有教学经验，帮助师范生树立正确的教学观；阐释教育理论，促进师范生更好地理解、运用教育教学理论；增进师范生《教育学》理论学习与教育实习之间的整合，减轻师范学习负担、提升师范生学习质量。然而传统上《教育学》课程与教学忽视师范生已有经验，片面强调师范生对教育理论的识记、理解与重现，课程价值无法实现。有鉴于此，《教育学》课程围绕师范生已有经验从以下三个方面进行改革：教师从师范生已有经验中筛选典型案例，组织师范生交流、讨论，检视师范生已有教学经验；围绕师范生已有经验，穿插以教育学理论为主的理论知识的学习；大学教师通过指导师范生阅读、组织讨论、提问以及讲解，促进师范生围绕典型已有教学经验进行探讨与研究。

影响师范生学习教师教育课程兴趣的因素分析

教师教育类课程是每个师范生必修的公共基础课,它是培养师范生树立正确的教育理念、掌握适当的教学方法,形成一定的教育能力的一类重要课程。但是,在教师教育类课程的实施过程中,由于教师教育类课程内容陈旧、缺乏时代感、教学方式单一,教师在教学过程中重理论轻实践等问题,导致不少师范生对教育类课程的学习积极性不高,教学绩效较差,教师教育类课程没有发挥应有的功能。为此,我们应该发挥高等师范院校的固有的理论优势,加强教师教育课程中的学生教育能力的培养、注重教学方法的多样化,及时更新教学内容,增加教学实践环节,提升学生对教师教育课程的学习兴趣。
