信息伦理学研究中若干问题的思考

The further development of information ethics needs to solve some important ethic problems involved with disciplinary construction. These problems include the cause of the formation of information ethics; the research method,attribution and features of information ethics; the connotation and systematic structure of information ethics; the enlightenment we gain from the studies of the guiding principles of information ethics in foreign countries. The scientific analysis and exposition of these problems are helpful to the prosperity and perfection of information ethics and to the construction of social information ethics.

Abstract：

In view of the uncertainty problems in personalized information service capability evaluation,this article develops a personalized information service capability evaluation indicator system and a personalized information service capability evaluation model based on theory of evidence. The article gives the concrete algorithm. The empirical analysis and calculation show that this method can not only resolve the uncertainty problems in the evaluation process,but also testify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.     

因特网信息检索模式及其优化设想

智能代理在电子商务中应用研究

智能代理能自动执行用户委托的任务,能解决Internet信息过载问题。它日渐广泛地应用到诸多领域。本文简单地叙述了智能代理的概念、特性;探讨了其在电子商务中的应用。最后指出了它在电子商务应用中的局限性。     

Cognitive systems for intelligent business information management in cognitive economy

This paper will present new theoretical and applied solutions for intelligent data analysis and information management in the fields of cognitive economics. Intelligent data analysis and information management are performed by information systems called cognitive systems, dedicated for semantic interpretation of acquired business information. To interpret the meaning of the analysed data, complex linguistic algorithms must be used, based on which it is possible to find the core information elements for business processes forecasting and economical knowledge management. The presentation of selected methods of semantic data analysis in cognitive economy, which allow to perform both local and global information management forms the main subject of this paper. Here, semantic analysis methods are dedicated to cognitive economics problems, namely the interpretation, analysis and assessment of the meaning of selected sets of economic/financial ratios. The meaning of the interpreted data sets is assessed by analysing the layers of meaning contained in data analysed sets. Obtained semantic information may be used in future business processes evaluation and forecasting.
