教师培训“边缘人”的内涵、类型及转化

教师培训“边缘人”是指培训资源占有处于劣势地位及培训资源利用不充分的教师个人或群体。教师培训中既存在培训资源匮乏和培训需求受漠视的“他决型边缘人”;也存在培训愿景缺失及培训状态低迷的“自决型边缘人”。培训“边缘人”现象的存在,不仅阻抑了教师自身专业素养的提升,而且造成教师培训的低效化。为此,可以从建构公正的教师培训资源配置机制、关照教师培训中的身心感受及提升教师培训意义感等途径转化培训中的“边缘人”。     

“远程培训”实施的境域化研究

中小学教师远程培训的实施关键在于提高培训的针对性和实效性,使培训惠及每一个教师。培训应针对各级各类地区教师特点,实现远程培训的境域化操作。通过近4年的实验研究,我们认为,县域范围内应构建“以校本培训为基础,远程教育为主要手段,教师培训机构为依托”的教师培训体系;学校范围内应搭建教师校本研修平台;偏远农村学校应构建“远程培训”与“送教上门”相结合的培训机制。     

中小学教师在地化培训:内涵、价值与实现路径

中小学教师在地化培训是受“在地化教育”的理论滋养和启发,为了解决目前中小学教师培训“重心过高”“脱域化”的问题而提出的。中小学教师在地化培训的核心内涵强调,培训要基于中小学教师所在的实践场域,在横向上强调与教师所在社区和学校的联系,在纵向上需要外部培训力量的持续、深入支持。其主要价值是有利于践行精准培训的理念、促进培训机构的重心下移、提升中小学教师对培训的获得感。其实现路径包括培训场域在地化、培训师资在地化、培训课程在地化。

教师的胜任力水平决定了其工作绩效。运用行为事件访谈法构建了包括职业精神、知识素养、资源开发、教学实施、人际管理、自我发展等六个维度,涵盖16项基准胜任特征和8项鉴别性胜任特征的“双师型”教师胜任力结构模型。从教师胜任力培育的视角来看,“双师型”教师培训存在各层次培训功能定位不清、培训内容不能有效对接教师需求、培训方式忽视教师主动参与的问题。优化“双师型”教师培训要求培训功能由“通识”到“胜任力”;培训内容由“预设”到“生成”;培训模式由“单一”走向“多元”;培训目标从满足“当下需要”到关注“未来发展”。     

重庆市中职教师队伍建设现状、问题与对策

调查表明,2003～2007年,随着中等职业教育规模的发展,重庆市中职教师数量也有了一定程度的增长,但重庆市中职师资队伍建设仍面临经费支持不足、管理体制不顺、教师数量不足、“双师型”教师缺乏、教师素质不高、培训体系不完善等问题。为此,重庆市可采取以下对策：更新观念,加强组织领导和条件保障;改革管理体制;多渠道补充教师队伍;实施中职教师素质提升工程;完善教师培训体系。     

发“三重”、“一条龙”方式开展师本培训

校本培训应以促进教师专业发展、提高教师教育能力为基本目标,这一观点已被我国广大基层学校普遍接受。但是,随着校本培训的深入和发展,也出现了各种不和谐的现象,比如培训与教师教学实际脱节,针对性和实效性不强等现象。这样,影响了教师培训的健康发展。于是,有学者提出了“校本研修”、“师本学习”的理念。     

农村教师“系统化”培训的策略

教师培训是促进教师专业发展，提高教学质量的有效方法；农村教师“系统化”培训策略，是提升教师培训效益的一种行之有效的好方法。近年来，景泰县草窝滩学区在实施“系统化”教师培训的过程中，积累了一些经验，形成了自己独有的特色。     

中小学教师培训的现状、问题及原因探析——基于宁夏回族自治区6所学校的调查

我们采用问卷法和访谈法,对农村地区中小学教师参加培训的状况进行调查。结果表明．农村地区超过一半的中小学教师参加过培训,其中年轻教师居多。但在性别、教师类型上存在培训机会不平等的现象：培训内容属于“套餐式”,很难满足中小学教师的实际教学需要;培训效果不甚理想。培训者转变角色,进行教学需求分析,采用参与式教学方式,加强对受培训教师的过程性评价．中小学建立公正且合理的培训教师遴选机制和受培训教师学业状况的考核机制,这样才可能提高教师培训的效果．发挥培训促使教师专业发展的功能。
