民国初年的《蒙文白话报》和《蒙文报》

在首次弄清了民国初年《蒙文白话报》及其后身《蒙文报》的历史沿革，刊期总数，发作范围等的基础上，笔者纠正了以往的一些错讹，通过对报纸内容的分析，认为该刊在灌输共和理念，笼络和威慑蒙古上层，巩固民国的统治方面起了相当的作用。     

论贪污罪的主体范围

贪污罪是一个古老的罪名，改革开放以来，随着社会经济体制、经济关系的发展变化，使贪污罪的主体范围也发生了许多变化。本试图通过对贪污罪主体身份认定的研究，使贪污受贿罪、职务侵占罪、挪用公款罪、挪用资金罪等这些在司法实践中经常遇到的问题得以正确区分。     

THE USE OF THE STORY IN THE PROMOTION OF WORSHIP

This article consists of remarks made during a panel at the 2017 annual meeting of the Religious Education Association in St. Louis, MO. From his vantage point as a former law enforcement agent, the author explores issues of ethical dilemmas present in policing; the current situation of militarized police forces; community policing and its origins; and the shooting of a Black young adult, Michael Brown, by a White police officer in Ferguson, MO. Religious educators, clergy, and ethicists can take a hands-on role to encourage justice in policing by discouraging an us/them mentality and advocating for community policing.     

中国高尔基学的发展历程——中国高尔基学的建立与陈寿朋先生的高尔基研究

"高尔基学"在俄罗斯文艺学研究领域长期以来都是一门"显学"。中国的高尔基学也经历了百年的漫长历程,大致形成四个阶段,陈寿朋先生的高尔基研究隶属于第四阶段,即20世纪80年代到20世纪末,由《高尔基美学思想论稿》、《高尔基创作论稿》和《高尔基晚节及其他》三部著作构建了陈寿朋先生研究高尔基的理论体系。陈寿朋先生持论公允、资料翔实的论著为中国高尔基学的发展做出了积极贡献。     

清代归化城土默特地区常设性慈善机构发展原因探析

清乾隆元年（1736年）归化城土默特地区开始出现常设性慈善机构。这些机构之所以得以发展,究其原因,一是最高统治者为了巩固北疆而大力提倡该地发展慈善机构;二是官吏注重自身垂范的同时,抓住地区特点,制定执行了“发商生息”的经营管理方式,这是该地区慈善机构生存发展的主要原因;三是经济模式的转变为该地慈善机构的发展提供了良好的文化氛围;外国教会的渗透在客观上也发挥了一定的推动作用。     

元代漠南地区教育考

根据历史资料，笔者对元代漠南地区汪古部的多语教学，净州路和集宁路的儒学，云中云内丰州的教育和进入中原的汪古部教育以及集乃路的各类教育和应昌路，全宁路的教育了探讨，认为，当时漠南地区的教育达到了相当的规模，为当地社会的发展发挥了积极作用，这对了解内蒙古地区教育的历史以及当今对西部文化教育的开发，具有一定的借鉴意义。     

齐鲁籍作家王禹偁在宋代文学史上的地位

作为宋初文坛“白体”诗的代表作家和“复古派”的核心,齐鲁籍作家王禹偁以丰富而优秀的创作实绩著称于世。本文结合其文学主张及诗文作品,论述了王禹偁为宋初文坛摆脱颓糜之风,重新走上健康发展的道路所做出的独特贡献。

全球化时代社会主义发展的机遇与挑战

全球化为社会主义的发展提供了机遇,同时,又对社会主义提出了挑战.本文讨论了全球化时代社会主义面临的机遇和挑战,并提出社会主义面临的新形势和新任务.     

APPLICATION OF GENERALIZABILITY THEORY IN THE INVESTIGATION OF THE QUALITY OF JOURNAL WRITING IN MATHEMATICS

This study examined the use of generalizability theory to evaluate the quality of an alternative assessment (journal writing) in mathematics. Twenty-nine junior college students wrote journal tasks on the given topics and two raters marked the tasks using a scoring rubric, constituting a two-facet G-study design in which students were crossed with tasks and raters. The G coefficient was .76 and index of dependability was .72. The results showed that increasing the number of tasks had a larger effect on the G coefficient and index of dependability than increasing the number of raters. Implications for educational practices are discussed.     

中国现代化进程中地区发展不平衡的政治学分析

在中国现代化进程中，存在着地区发展极不平衡的问题。同东部沿海地区相比，中西部民族地区发展缓慢。两大地区之间发展不平衡，差距较大。这一状况已经对我国社会经济、政治生活产生种种不良影响，不利于消除民族间事实上存在的不平等以及促进各民族共同发展繁荣，从而阻碍着中国社会主义现代化的进程和21世纪中华民族的伟大复兴。对此，笔者对中央政府、中西部民族地区和东部沿海地区各级政府提出了对策建议。     

从阴山岩画看古代北方民族的文化价值取向

分布于蒙古高原的岩画是古代北方民族的经济文化类型、生产方式、宗教信仰的反映。从岩画中可以看出古代北方民族的原始价值观念,这种价值观念有功利性、混沌性、非逻辑性的特点。岩画也反映了古代北方民族的价值取向,这就是以动物为基础的人生本位,以氏族为基础的群体本位,以氏族宗教为基础的信仰本位     

工业化时期英国铁路建设对社会经济的影响

铁路建设带来的社会巨变,成为英国工业化时期一个重要的时代特征.工业化时期(1830-1870),英国铁路建设经历了30年代、40年代、60年代的三次建设高潮,对社会经济产生了重要影响.第一,现代英国铁路在股票市场的支撑下诞生,又影响了股票市场的发展;第二,在铁路建设大规模展开后,它促进了相关工业的飞速发展;第三,在交通运输领域造成划时代的变革.因此,铁路在工业化深入推进的19世纪,成为一个时代的标志性事物,以至于不少历史学家将英国的这一时期称为"铁路时代".     

THE ROLE OF THE SOCIAL SCIENTIST IN THE SCHOOL OF EDUCATION

The four coauthors describe the twenty-five-year history of efforts of the Council of Learned Societies in Education (CLSE) to represent the interests of the social foundations of education in the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE), including the evolution of CLSE into the Council for the Social Foundations of Education and its recent departure from NCATE after a quarter century of successful involvement. The coauthors, each personally supportive of foundational involvement in national accreditation, delineate advantages gained by both CLSE and NCATE during the quarter century of involvement, while also describing concerns and arguments that have led to the current disassociation of the Council for Social Foundations of Education (CSFE) fromNCATE. The article concludes with suggestions for the future and the coauthors' hope that this history and chronicle will provide incentive for reinvolvement of the foundations in national accreditation circles.

Religious education needs to anticipate changes in our culture if long‐range planning is to be effective
