比赛法对提高大学生排球运动中移动速度的实验研究

移动的目的是为了接近球,调整好人与球的合理距离,所以移动的步幅大小和方法并不是固定的,从以往的并步和交叉步移动的教学法来看,因其缺少快速起动,故要在这两种步法移动的教学中,增加快速起动的教学法.在排球场上的一切技术动作都要结合准备姿势和移动进行.准备姿势主要是为了便于移动,而移动是为了更有效地完成一传、防守、二传、接应、保护、扣球、拦网等等击球的动作.所以就移动来讲,有球要移动去打,没有球也要移动去准备接应.
