由双-(3, 4-苯二甲酸酐)二甲基硅烷、均苯四甲酸酐和4, 4'-二氨基二苯醚制备了含硅聚酰胺酸. 通过溶液浇铸方法制得聚酰胺酸薄膜, 经热处理将其转化为聚酰亚胺薄膜. X-衍射测量表明, 该类型聚酰亚胺具有非晶态结构, 且规整性随双-(3, 4-苯二甲酸酐)二甲基硅烷含量的增加而减少. 含硅共聚酰亚胺与传统均苯四甲酸酐/4, 4'-二氨基二苯醚聚酰亚胺相比, 呈现较低的玻璃化转变温度和分解温度, 但共聚酰亚胺中双-(3, 4-苯二甲酸酐)二甲基硅烷含量增加将导致薄膜的透光率增加.  相似文献

针对一种新型悬浮振子式中耳植入助听装置, 分析了其振子的驱动电压特性, 该振子由0.7Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.3PbTiO3(PMN-30%)叠堆实现. 为了辅助分析, 建立了听骨链与振子的简化耦合力学模型. 首先利用逆向成型技术建立了人体中耳有限元模型, 其可靠性通过镫骨底板的位移模拟值与实验测得数据对比得以验证; 然后利用该中耳有限元模型分析了振子绑定装置处的位移阻抗特性, 并基于此建立听骨链与绑定装置的等效力学模型; 最后建立了听骨链与压电悬浮振子的耦合力学模型, 分析了该振子的驱动电压特性. 研究结果表明:振子所需驱动电压随着频率的增大而减小; 在语音频段, 所需的最大驱动电压为20.9 V; 在感音神经性听力损伤多发生的中高频段, 该驱动电压不高于3.8 V, 满足中耳植入式助听装置低电压、低能耗的要求.  相似文献

1、前言 溴-1-(6'-甲氧基-2'-萘基)丙-1-酮是合成非甾体消炎镇痛药萘普生的关键中间体.2-溴-1-(6'-甲氧基-2'-萘基)丙-1-酮可由1-(6'-甲氧基-2'-萘基)丙-1-酮经溴化反应制得.但是,由于在此反应中,萘环上的亲电溴化反应和侧链羰基α-氢的溴化反应存在着竞争,若使用分子溴作溴化剂,由于分子溴溴化无区域选择性,在侧链溴化的同时,萘环上的5位也被溴化.Marquert等人[1]用苯基三甲铵过溴化物在四氢呋喃中溴化1-(6'-甲氧基-2'-萘基)丙-1-酮,其侧链溴化产物的得率为77%;李济松等人[2]选用吡啶呋喃溴酸盐过溴化物在四氢呋喃中溴化1-(6'-甲氧基-2'-萘基)丙-1-酮,侧链溴化产物的得率为84%.但是由于前者需要以硫酸二甲酯和二甲基苯胺为原料合成,后者需使用吡啶做溶剂,它们的毒性比较大,且环境污染很严重.  相似文献

当调节RW使Ie=0.87mA时,用一块ME30型万用表的5V电压档测得晶体管发射极电压Ve=4.45V,基极电压Vb=2.40V.由于Vbe=Vb-Ve,根据测得的数据,则Vbe=2.40V-4.50V=-2.05V.我们知道,三极管正常工作时,发射结应正偏.硅管的发射结导通电压Vbe>0.5V.而图中的3DG6(硅管)的Vbe=-2.05V.因此,发射结反偏,管子应处于截止状态.可是,如果管子截止,Re上的电压Ve=4.45V又是从哪里来的呢?这不能说不是一个奇怪的现象.  相似文献

本文合成了有机-无机复合电解质聚苯醚(PPO)/Sn_(0.9)Ga_(0.1)P_2O_7.XRD测试表明Sn_(0.9)Ga_(0.1)P_2O_7(SG10P)和PPO复合没有发生反应生成新物质,SEM图可以看出样品致密性良好.采用电化学工作站对SG10P-PPO的中温电性能(100~350℃)进行了研究.结果表明,SG10P-PPO在干燥氧气气氛中在300℃达到最大值8.5×10~(-3)S·cm~(-1).SG10P-PPO在300℃开路电压下的电解质阻抗、极化阻抗分别为16.02Ω·cm~2、2.41·cm~2.H_2/O_2燃料电池性能测试表明,在0.55 V时对应最大输出功率密度为38.3 mW cm~(-2).  相似文献

用4种二酐与1种四胺单体聚合制备了4种超支化聚酰胺酸,特性粘度在0.15-0.95dl/g之间,具有良好的成膜性.酰亚胺化后得到4种超支化聚酰亚胺(HBPI),被用作液晶取向膜,具有良好的液晶取向性能,预倾角均在2.以上.紫外-可见光光谱表明HBPI薄膜具有良好的透光性,在400nm处透光率最低仍达90%以上.热重分析表明4种HBPI均具有良的热稳定性,T5最高可达362℃,T1o都在390℃以上.玻璃化转变温度(Tg)均在175℃以上.  相似文献

以二苯甲酰甲烷、9,10-蒽-3,3'-双(1,3-戊二烯-2,4-二醇)、高氯酸锌为原料合成了新型固态三元配合物[Zn2(C24H20O4)(C15H11O2)2].4H2O,并用元素分析、电导率、红外光谱、电子光谱和电喷雾质谱对其进行了表征,确定了配合物的组成.研究了配合物在氮气气氛中的热分解行为,测得其荧光光谱的最大发射波长为430 nm.  相似文献

采用联苯四羧酸二酐(PMDA)和对苯二胺(PDA)为二酐和二胺,以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂制备了聚酰胺酸溶液(PAA).采用旋涂工艺,以K9玻璃或调制模版为衬底,制备了聚酰亚胺(PI)平面/调制薄膜.对其厚度、结构、表面粗糙度和表面调制图形进行了测量,研究了其厚度与旋涂速度和PAA溶液浓度的对应关系.结果表明,PAA溶液在马弗炉中进行370℃热处理,可以完全转化为PI;通过旋涂法制备PI平面薄膜的平均粗糙度Ra的最大值和最小值分别为3.7 nm和3.1 nm;PI平面薄膜最小厚度为1μm,且其厚度随着旋涂速度增大而减小,随着PAA溶液浓度的增大而增大;PI调制薄膜的周期和振幅分别为100μm和4.8μm,在调制图形转移过程中,周期不变,而振幅存在0.2μm的转移误差.  相似文献

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models.
