基于电加热炉温度系统的自适应模糊PID-Smith控制方法研究

针对电加热炉温度控制系统,研究了自适应模糊PID-Smith控制方法.该控制方法利用Smith预估算法克服纯滞后,利用模糊控制来提高系统的鲁棒性,利用PID控制来提高稳态精度.通过Matlab仿真研究,表明该控制器具有良好的稳定性和鲁棒性,对于大时间滞后的电加热炉温控系统是一种实用而简便的控制方法.     

基于Proteus的温度控制系统的设计与仿真

温度控制具有非线性、纯滞后、大惯性等特点,因此在设计温度控制系统中经常采用PID进行控制。PID控制作为自动控制系统中常用的一种控制方法,在实际控制工程中的应用非常广泛。设计了以AT-MEGA128单片机为核心的加热器温度控制系统,采用PID控制方法,结合Proteus仿真平台进行了仿真研究。实验结果表明,该加热器控制系统稳定性好、响应速度快,具有良好的控制效果。     

专家PID控制在跳汰机排料系统的实现及仿真

跳汰机排料系统具有非线性、大滞后且随机干扰严重的问题,而常规PID调节器进行排料系统的控制又存在控制器参数的选择及调整不便的缺陷,基于此,采用专家PID控制方法对跳汰机的排料控制器进行改造,Matlab/Simulink仿真结果表明,专家PID在响应速度、超调量、稳态精度等方面均优于常规PID。     

时变滞后系统的一种自补偿模糊控制方法

普通模糊控制不能对时变滞后系统进行有效控制,甚至使系统失去稳定。文章提出了一种时滞系统的模糊控制方法,并在W.L.Bialkowski 1983年提出的混合模糊PID控制器的基础上对积分系数K I提出了一种自校正算法,提高了这种模糊控制的适应能力。经MATLAB仿真验证,该控制器具有良好的控制品质,适应对象参数大范围变化的时滞系统,且易于工程实现。     

基于遗传PID整定的感应电动机速度控制研究

感应电动机系统为多变量、强非线性、强耦合的复杂系统,如何对其转速进行有效控制一直是控制界研究的热点之一。文中提出了基于遗传算法的感应电动机调速系统PID参数的寻优方法,该方法是将PID控制器Kp,Ki,Kd参数构成基因型,将系统控制性能指标构成相应的适应度,利用遗传算法机理对其参数随机寻优,最终得到全局最优解。仿真与实验研究表明,应用该经遗传算法整定的PID控制器作为感应电动机双闭环调速系统的转速调节器,可以使系统获得良好的稳定性、鲁棒性和动态品质。     

基于MATLAB的模糊PID-Smith控制器的设计与仿真

针对工业控制中大惯性、纯滞后、参数时变非线性受控对象难于控制问题,结合Smith预估算法能有效克服纯滞后、模糊控制鲁棒性较强以及PID控制稳态精度高这三者的优点,提出了一种模糊PID-Smith控制器的设计方法,并将其应用于电机网络控制系统中.MATLAB仿真结果表明,新的控制方案与传统的Smith控制器、Fuzzy-PID控制器相比,不仅具有满意的控制性能,而且具有较强鲁棒性和抗干扰性能,稳态精度高,对时变滞后对象具有良好的控制效果.     

基于模糊Smith串级复合控制的温室加热系统仿真研究

本文针对玻璃温室加热系统大迟延、参数时变、多扰动等特点，对典型PID串级复合控制系统加以改进，提出了模糊Smith 串级复合控制策略.仿真结果表明，该控制策略能有效克服大纯滞后对控制系统稳定性的影响，且具有动态性能好，鲁棒性强的 特点.     

电液比例阀中位死区的线性化补偿方法

电液比例阀存在比较大的零位死区,死区过大,手动操作时,容易使人产生滞后感;位置闭环时,影响控制系统的稳定性和动态特性。为了使电液比例阀在使用中获得更好的性能,应该设法减小比例阀死区的影响。目前比较常用的减小死区的方法有先导电流法和变增益法。文中提出了另一种解决比例阀死区影响的线性补偿方法,并用于比例阀系统的PID控制中。

该装置引入了以PID为基础的智能控制算法,有效地改善了炉温大纯滞后过程启动和间歇大扰动的动态品质。独特的冷端补偿方法有效地减少了常规补偿引入的误差;利用参考函数使温度和热电势之间的转换很方便。由于改进为自动检定装置,实现了自动连续检定,从而提高了工作效率和检定质量。     

模糊RBF神经网络在纯滞后系统中的应用

在工业过程控制系统中,许多被控对象具有纯滞后的性质,这种纯滞后环节将导致系统不稳定。针对这种情况设计了一种控制器,这种控制器结合了模糊控制和神经网络控制的优点,可以在线调整得到一组最优的PID控制参数。仿真结果表明这种控制器结构简单,对纯滞后系统的控制效果良好。
