论我国现阶段个人消费品按劳动力价值分配的必然性

重温马克思按劳分配理论，分析社会主义市场经济条件下我国现阶段经济状况、劳动力商品属性，进一步加深对社会主义个人消费品分配原则的认识和理解，并提出适应我国生产方式要求的个人消费品分配原则即按劳动力价值分配的原则。     

对社会主义商品经济条件下个人消费品分配原则的探讨

长期以来,人们一谈起社会主义的个人消费品分配原则,总是归结为按劳分配,并把它作为唯一的原则。但是,社会主义经济毕竟是公有制基础上的有计划的商品经济,按劳分配就不能不具有与马克思设想的“等量劳动领取等量产品”所不同的特点;而且,按劳分配也并不是我国社会主义现阶段个人消费品分配的唯一原则。按经营收益分配和按资金分配,在我国现阶段不但是必要的,而且是和按劳分配并不矛盾、同样具有社会主义性质的分配原则。     

社会主义分配制度的变革

马克思在《哥达纲领批判》中系统地提出了社会主义个人消费品分配要实行等劳等酬原则，即按劳分配原则，同时还强调生产的结构决定分配的结构，分配反作用于生产和交换。我国在社会主义建设中所经历的个人消费品分配原则的变化，从一个侧面反映了我们对马克思主义学说的理解和应用由片面到全面，由生硬照搬到创新发展的深刻变化。
