独立学院图书馆文献资源体系研究

针对当前独立学院图书馆在文献资源建设工作中存在的缺乏规范文献资源发展政策、馆藏文献资源质量不高、特色不明显、信息开发工作不够等问题,从独立学院图书馆文献资源建设的特点与现状出发,提出独立学院图书馆基于学科和专业课程的“平台+模块”文献入藏模式及要加强文献资源体系的评价工作和数字馆藏资源建设、文献资源共建共享等。     

文献资源论纲

The logical starting point of documentary resource theory is to make the library collection a kind of social resources and to place the library motion in a broader social background in order to make an investigation of it.The significance of this in not only providing a new theoretical basis for library collection development but also opening a new train of thought and frame of thinking for a inregrated library research which is more important.As a result of this,both the attentiong paid to other branches of learning can be initiated and the scientific payoffs and the scientific research methods of the resource matters of other branches of learning can be absorbed and used for reference.Also,both the connection between library science and other branches of learning can be broadened and the research train of thought can be opened up and developed.ref.8     

图书馆学理论重心的演变及其走向

The theoretical barycenter of library science has found its expression in a historical evolutionfrom collection development to the development of literature resources and again to the user studyas key subject.The ultimate goal of library science is man,thus it should take man as its mainobject.Relations among users,documentary information and librarians are peculiar social rela-tions of library science.The human library science will make a theoretical summary of all these.     

高校图书馆参考咨询服务工作探析

随着高校图书馆建设的发展,馆藏文献越来越丰富,文献载体的形式越来越多,因此,信息资源利用的指导和咨询越来越重要,参考咨询服务将成为读者服务的中心所在。高校图书馆应根据学校教学和科研的需要,开展适合高校图书馆的参考咨询服务。     

Reference Collection Development Using the RLG Conspectus

Reference collection development should be seen as an integral part of the overall management of academic research library collections. The reference librarian benefits from participation in the development of collection development policy statements based on a collection evaluation using the Research Libraries Group (RLG) Conspectus. The writing of cormprehensive collection development policy statements using the RLG Conspectus to evaluate subject collections requires that collection management librarians and reference librarians work closely together and integrate the development of the reference collection into overall collection development plans for the library. This article discusses some of the functions of collection management divisions and the potential components of a Conspectus-based comprehensive collection development policy statement. The sharing of the process between the collection management librarian and the reference librarian/selector is described. Benefits the reference librarian gains from the process are discussed.     

文献传递数据与藏书建设

针对目前文献价格上涨与文献经费紧张的矛盾日益突出的现状，阐述了文献传递数据在藏书建设中的作用。并以武汉大学图书馆文献传递数据为例针对外文期刊订购进行了研究。     

书目员制度和美国俄亥俄大学图书馆的藏书建设系统

在实际考察的基础上,全面介绍俄亥俄大学图书馆的学科书目员制度和该馆的藏书建设体系,在将其与我国高校图书馆的采访制度进行比较后,分析了各自的优缺点。认为我国高校图书馆组织制度和藏书建设体系的改革与发展可参考借鉴美国的模式。     

读者信息需求分析与最佳馆藏结构的调整

以华北煤炭医学院图书馆读者外借数据库、馆藏数据库作为统计数据源,对2000-2003年间的新书入藏情况、馆藏图书外借情况进行了统计分析。通过对馆藏文献比例与读者需求比例之间关系的研究,揭示馆藏文献与读者需求之间的相符合程度,并据此提出调整馆藏结构的建议,使之达到最佳化。     

美国加州大学伯克利分校图书馆服务转型的新动向与思考

基于笔者在美国加州大学伯克利分校图书馆的学习考察,认为该馆有应对馆藏转型发展、馆舍空间变化和组织结构调整的积极行动;重视新形势下研究型图书馆任务的重新定位;注重以绩效工资改革与人员评价体系为基础的激励机制;强调图书馆在本科生研究中的作用;突出院系联络重点与全方位嵌入服务一线。据此,对我国高校图书馆提出以下建议:强化图书馆的战略规划与发展定位,不断完善馆员激励机制,加大馆藏资源建设力度,拓展嵌入式学科服务层面,持续加强馆舍空间建设,尝试推出本科生研究项目,探索开展数据研究和分析工作。     

新时期高校图书馆藏书建设与发展

新时期高等教育的改革和发展给高校图书馆的藏书建设提出了新的要求，结合工作实践把稳定发展理论运用到高校图书馆的藏书建设与发展中，针对高校图书馆藏书建设存在的问题提出了发展对策，以确保高校图书馆藏书建设的可持续性发展。
