九州虫草与冬虫夏草、蛹虫草氨基酸成分比较

研究了九州虫草有效部位的氨基酸组成,并与冬虫夏草及蛹虫草进行了比较.测定结果表明所测样品中分别含有16-18种氨基酸,必需氨基酸含量都较丰富,分别占每种样品氨基酸总量的66.93%、34.48%、46.18%、46.62%、38.96%、37.38%.结果表明九州虫草无论是菌丝体还是子座,在氨基酸方面具有较高的营养价值和药用保健价值.     

北冬虫夏草菌丝体培育条件的研究

研究氮源、碳源、温度、pH、光照条件和基质含水量对北冬虫夏草菌丝体生长的影响．结果表明：北冬虫夏草菌丝生长最适氮源为蛋白胨和柠檬酸铵;最适碳源为葡萄糖和蔗糖;最适温度为20-25℃;最适pH为6～7最适基质含水量为80％暗培养对菌丝体生长有明显的促进作用．     

红平菇的深层发酵培养及其色氨酸的测定

初步探讨了红平菇深层发酵培养的原料对菌丝形成的影响,以及用碱水解红菇子实体和菌丝体,然后用比色法测定它们的色氨酸的含量。实验结果表明,深层发酵培养以玉米浆为原料时,浓度2．5％对菌丝体形成较有利,菌容可达34．27g/100ml。红平菇子实体和菌丝体色氨酸含量分别为0．3238％和0．4038％。     

水提取法测定冬虫夏草甘露醇含量

本研究旨在完善和评价冬虫夏草甘露醇含量测定过程中的水提取方法。对其线性范围进行双重考察基础上，引入概念－－测量系统分辨率，对测定方法进行综合评价，并对水提取主要技术参数进行直接优化。本测定方法的实际系统分辨率达到6．51‰，样品预处理过程中时间、温度优化结果是在80℃水浴中，用蒸馏水浸提30min。本测定方法对虫草样品甘露醇含量的差异具有完全足够的分辨能力，优化样品预处理技术参数，可使样品预处理速度提高1倍。

北虫草人工栽培技术

北虫草,又称北冬虫夏草。是昆虫的蛹感染虫草菌后形成的虫与菌的复合体。其与天然野生冬虫夏草有相似的医疗和保健功效,是一味名贵的药用真菌。根据野生虫草生长基本条件原理,经过多年艰辛努力,目前在山东省已可人工栽培。现将栽培技术介绍如下：     

人工虫草菌丝多糖含量测定

采用苯酚-硫酸比色法在491nm处优化人工虫草茼丝中多糖含量的测定条件，研究了不同提取条件对其含量的影响．经实验确定测定多糖的最优条件为：在40℃下，用苯酚-硫酸作显色剂，与待测液反应15min．并采用正交实验对人工虫草菌丝粉中的多糖提取条件进行优化．     

涿鹿柳蒿中氨基酸含量的测定

目的：建立柳蒿中氨基酸含量测定的高效液相色谱方法,并测定柳蒿中氨基酸的含量。方法：Hy—persil AAA-ODS色谱柱（2．1mm×150mm5μm）,采用梯度洗脱,检测波长330nm,柱温40℃。结果：线性范围：12．5-50pmoL·μL,平均回收率：96．2％～104．6％。结论：该方法快捷、稳定、重复性好,可用于柳蒿中氨基酸的含量测定。     

冬虫夏草菌种的制备及液体培养基的优化研究

通过改变传统的冬虫夏草菌种制备的方法,利用其菌索来制备,并对其菌丝体的液体培养基的配方进行优化.结果表明,冬虫夏草生长最适宜液体培养基的配方为葡萄糖7.5%、蔗糖7.5%、蛋白胨0.12%、酵母粉0.375%、KH2PO40.15%、MgSO4·7H2O0.075%、VB10.015%、pH自然,20℃条件下培养菌丝体192 h,菌丝的量达到4.242g/L,并且在以后的二、三级菌种培养过程中,菌丝的性状表现优良,生长速度较快.     

冬虫夏草的药理作用研究及临床应用
