四川幼儿师资需求现状与培养的现实超越

通过实地调查四川省各级各类幼儿园幼儿师资需求的基本现状,结合幼儿师资培养中存在诸如专业定位、课程设置及毕业生就业等现实性问题,提出幼儿师资培养机构应面向幼教市场准确定位,加强课程、专业建设,规范人才培养模式,避免同质化倾向,突出专业、人才培养定位与特色,走特色发展之路。     

台湾地区幼儿园师资职前教育课程设置的现状及启示

台湾地区与祖国大陆一衣带水,由于师资培育体制、幼教政策指引及社会发展现实不同,幼儿园师资职前教育课程设置存在诸多差异。从幼儿师资培育机构、课程制度、课程目标及课程结构等维度对台湾地区幼儿园师资职前教育课程设置现状进行分析,将对祖国大陆幼儿园师资职前教育课程设置有积极启示。     

五年制学前教育专业课程设置问题研究

从企业需求探讨高职文秘教育存在的问题及对策

高职文秘专业要把握好秘书工作的发展趋势、了解企业对文秘人才的需求,从人才培养目标、课程设置、教学方法、实训教学、师资力量等方面进行改革,培养复合型秘书人才,以增强学生的就业适应性。     

学生满意度对应用型本科院校英语专业课程设置的启示

押学生对课程设置是否满意是检验课程设置是否合理的基本标准,也为课程设置及调整提供参考价值。研究通过调查问卷的方式,从课程与就业关系的角度了解学生对英语专业课程设置的满意度。研究结果表明,学生对课程的满意度不高,影响因素主要包括实践类课程偏少,课程设置较为传统,类别较为单一,师资力量薄弱,学生对专业能力的认识欠缺等方面。因此,应用型本科院校英语专业在修订人才培养方案时,既要考虑社会对人才的需求,也要结合学生对课程的满意度,优化课程设置,加强实践教学,加强学生对专业认知能力的培养,满足学生的学习和将来就业的需要,履行地方院校服务区域经济社会发展的职责。     

我省高师学前教育师资培养中的问题与思考

随着我国高等教育的大众化和对幼儿园教师学历要求的提高,高等师范院校已成为学前教育师资培养的重要基地。进入本世纪以来,我省的学前师资培养也主要由高等师范院校来承担。但在其发展中存在诸如专业定位、课程设置、毕业生就业等问题。为此,高师在学前教育师资培养中应加强自身专业建设,面向幼教市场准确定位;在课程设置上把握专业特殊性,加强专业技能训练和教育实践课程。建构和完善高师的学前师资培训模式,培养出素质与技能并重,研究与教养兼能的新型幼儿教师。

课题组运用深度访谈的方法,调研了江苏省5所高校和3家企业。从就业的角度看,江苏高校课程设置中存在的主要问题是:就业课程参差不齐、就业课程师资短缺、就业课程偏离实践、专业课程忽视就业能力培养、文化素质课程"杂、乱、差"。应对就业需求,江苏高校课程设置的战略调整需着眼于以下方面:完善就业课程体系、改进和加强创业课程、将可雇佣性教育融入专业课程、调整文化素质课程结构、实现就业课程教师队伍的专业化。     

教育供给侧改革视角下幼儿园办园路向研究

由于公办园数量少、中高端民办园学费贵以及学位区域分布不均衡,导致幼儿园学位有效供给不足;因学前教育经费投入不足出现幼儿园物质环境亟待改善问题;忽略以儿童为本位开设幼儿园课程,使民办园和农村地区幼儿园课程小学化倾向严重;加上幼儿园教师流动性大、性别比例失调、部分幼师缺乏师德且专业能力欠缺,幼儿园师资供给质量也有待提升。由此看出,幼儿园办园的供给侧与需求侧已经失衡。有必要保障幼儿园学位按需分配;增加学前教育经费投入,完善幼儿园物质环境;以儿童为本位设置并实施幼儿园课程;提高幼儿园教师供给质量。以提升幼儿园办园水平,满足幼儿入园需求,此乃幼儿园办园的科学发展路向。

通过不同年龄、学历、职称的幼儿园教师对继续教育课程的期望与现状进行调查发现,教师对继续教育课程的内容、教学方法、师资的期望与当前继续教育的现状存在较大差异,不同年龄、学历、职称的教师对继续教育课程的期望也存在差异.幼儿园教师继续教育课程设计和实施要深入了解教师的实际需求,应针对不同类型的教师提供不同类型的培训.
