对大学教师工作满意度进行测量与评价。方法:采用自编量表和问卷对随机抽取的唐山地区4所高校442名教师进行测查。结果:量表具有良好的信度和效度;大学教师对工作总体上基本满意,对工作卷入程度自我评价最高,对工作回报的满意感最低,领导与管理是影响大学教师工作满意的最主要因素。  相似文献

采用冯伯麟编制的《教师工作满意度量表》和自己设计的《莆田学院教师工作满意度调查问卷》,对莆田学院的360名教师进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷314份,结果表明:男女教师相比较,女教师比男教师在职业引力、工作投入、工作压力和组织承诺四个方面更满意,在自我实现和社会认可两方面不满意,在领导关系、工资收入、学生品质和同事关系四个方面没有明显的差异;在职务因素上兼职教师比专职教师在自我实现、工作压力、工资收入、职业引力、工作投入、组织承诺和社会认可七个方面更满意;在职称因素上高职称教师在职业引力、自我实现、工资收入、工作压力、领导关系、组织承诺、社会认可和工作投入八个方面更满意。  相似文献

高校博士学位教师工作满意度量表编制探析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
建构适用于高校博士学位教师工作满意度的量表,参考国内外相关文献,主要关注工作本身、工作回报、工作关系、工作环境、工作条件等5个维度。已有量表的相关题项应做变动,如:预测量表有21个项目,项目分析表明所有题项均可保留;根据探索性因子分析及因子提取结果,部分题项则应删除。通过计算Cronbach'sα发现5个维度的内部一致性系数基本大于或略等于0.700,量表的总体一致性系数为0.883,说明测量项内部一致性程度基本符合标准。  相似文献

为了研究四川省转岗幼儿教师工作满意度现状,文章以四川省转岗幼儿教师为研究对象(大部分来自四川省国培计划成都师范学院项目的培训对象),采用"幼儿教师工作满意度问卷"进行问卷调查,结果显示:城镇幼儿园转岗幼儿教师对幼儿园和领导因子的满意度高于农村幼儿园转岗幼儿教师;私立幼儿园转岗幼儿教师对幼儿园因子满意度高于公立幼儿园转岗幼儿教师;转岗幼儿教师的工作满意度随着工龄的增长而增高;在工资待遇因子上随着年龄的增大满意度越来越低。总的来说,四川省转岗幼儿教师工作满意度未达到很高的满意程度,满意水平在一般满意与比较满意之间,特别是在工资待遇上不是很满意。  相似文献

为了解高职学院教师工作满意度的现状,找寻提升高职学院教师工作满意度对策的科学依据,运用《高职学院教师工作满意度调查问卷》对中南某省3所省属高职学院293名教师进行了调查。调查发现:高职学院教师的工作总体满意度较高,工作满意度由高到低依次为人际关系、工作本身、学校气氛、专业发展、管理制度、工作环境、薪酬福利;同时,高职学院教师存在一定程度的工作倦怠,并随年龄增大工作倦怠程度加重,而绝大部分教师不善于有效应对工作倦怠。  相似文献

本研究运用问卷方法对北京市1308名小学教师进行调查,发现:第一,北京市小学教师的总体工作满意度达到了较高水平,且教师内在满意度显著高于教师外在满意度。第二,北京市小学教师工作的内在、外在和总体满意度在人口学变量上存在显著差异,表现为:薄弱校教师满意度高于优质校和中等校;男教师满意度高于女教师;学校干部的满意度高于任课教师,副科教师满意度高于主科教师;低年级教师满意度高于中高年级教师;新入职教师与老教师满意度高于中年教师;教师的职称越高,满意度越高。在原因分析的基础上,提出了政策建议。  相似文献

摘要:采用问卷调查法对511名幼儿教师进行调查,考察幼儿教师工作压力与生活满意度之间的关联,探讨心理资本和工作倦怠在其中的序列中介效应。结果表明:(1)幼儿教师工作压力、心理资本、工作倦怠、生活满意度两两显著相关;(2)幼儿教师工作压力对生活满意度的直接预测作用不显著,但分别通过心理资本、工作倦怠的独立中介作用以及二者的序列中介作用间接预测生活满意度。研究结果提示不仅要重视缓解幼儿教师的工作压力,降低工作倦怠,还要从提升幼儿教师心理资本、发挥个体资源的保护性作用等途径缓解工作压力对幼儿教师生活满意度的不利影响。  相似文献

本研究采用自编的教师工作满意度调查问卷,对北京市七个区的中学教师进行了大规模调查,结果表明:(1)北京市中学教师对校内人际关系(包括与同事、学生关系等)感到最为满意,对学校得到社会认可的程度以及学校的领导与管理也感到比较满意,但是对所在学校的发展环境以及自我实现的满意度相对较低,对其付出与回报的失衡最为不满意;(2)性别因素对工作满意度不存在显著影响;(3)教师在学校决策中的参与度是影响教师工作满意度最为重要的因素。  相似文献

探讨工作满意度在农村中学教师职业角色意识与职业倦怠之间的中介作用.采用教师职业倦怠量表、工作满意度问卷和自编教师职业角色意识问卷对265名中学教师进行调查.结果表明:职业角色意识与职业倦怠呈显著负相关,职业角色意识对职业倦怠有显著负向预测作用;工作满意度在职业角色意识与职业倦怠之间存在显著的部分中介作用.研究表明,职业角色意识、工作满意度是教师职业倦怠的重要预测变量,工作满意度在职业角色意识与职业倦怠之间起部分中介作用.  相似文献

Conventional approaches for selecting a reference indicator (RI) could lead to misleading results in testing for measurement invariance (MI). Several newer quantitative methods have been available for more rigorous RI selection. However, it is still unknown how well these methods perform in terms of correctly identifying a truly invariant item to be an RI. Thus, Study 1 was designed to address this issue in various conditions using simulated data. As a follow-up, Study 2 further investigated the advantages/disadvantages of using RI-based approaches for MI testing in comparison with non-RI-based approaches. Altogether, the two studies provided a solid examination on how RI matters in MI tests. In addition, a large sample of real-world data was used to empirically compare the uses of the RI selection methods as well as the RI-based and non-RI-based approaches for MI testing. In the end, we offered a discussion on all these methods, followed by suggestions and recommendations for applied researchers.  相似文献

Job satisfaction based on familial and institutional factors was explored for 157 female counselor educators. Results indicate that female associate professors had lower levels of intrinsic rewards domain after controlling for institutional type. 本研究采用调查法对山西省中等职业学校的497名在岗教师进行了工作满意度现状的调查研究。研究结果表明,山西省中职教师在同事和工作本身2个指标上具有较高的满意度水平。进一步的统计分析显示,专业课教师在晋升满意度上表现最低,公共(基础)课教师在操作程序指标上满意度最高,在工作本身指标上满意度最低,技能(实习)课教师的奖励指标上满意度水平最低;高级职称教师在报酬、利益、操作程序指标上表现最好,而在同事、工作本身和交际指标上满意度水平最低;40-49岁年龄段的教师在奖励和操作程序指标上满意度最高。  相似文献

文章通过对近年来中小学教师工作满意度研究资料的搜集,分析整理出我国中小学教师工作满意度的相关的研究状况,包括对中小学教师工作满意度的内涵的研究、对工作满意度的效应的研究、对提高工作满意度的途径的研究,均取得了丰硕的成果,但在研究的深度和广度上与国外相关研究相比存在一定的不足。今后的相关研究还有较大的空间,值得研究者们深入关注。  相似文献

Instructional quality is associated with better academic outcomes for students. This study aimed to investigate how teachers' job satisfaction was associated with clarity of instruction and cognitive activation as measures of instructional quality. In addition, we investigated whether this association between teachers' job satisfaction and instructional quality was mediated by teacher–student relationships. Drawing on the 2018 Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS), we compared participants from both Eastern (N = 27,106; Japan, Taipei, Korea, Shanghai) and Western sociocultural contexts (N = 20,209; Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom). Multilevel structural equation modelling results indicated that teachers' job satisfaction was positively associated with instructional quality across Eastern and Western settings. The relationship between teachers' job satisfaction and instructional quality was partially mediated by better student–teacher relationships. There were some differences between the cultural settings in how job satisfaction correlated with clarity of instruction and cognitive activation. We suggest that these differences may be accounted for by cultural characteristics leading to different approaches to teaching. Our results suggest that teachers' job satisfaction and the quality of classroom-level relationships may be important indicators of positive instructional outcomes. While schools focus on student outcomes, they should also address teachers' job satisfaction and prioritise the importance of relationships between teachers and students in classrooms.  相似文献

The increased use of Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) medication by children has led to growing concerns. In a previous study, we found that many of the teachers that were interviewed about ADHD spontaneously associated ADHD with medication. The present study is a qualitative reanalysis of what precisely these 30 primary school teachers had spontaneously said about medication in our previous semi‐structured interviews on ADHD. Almost all respondents had experience with pupils taking ADHD medication. The majority of spontaneously mentions medication as the treatment of ADHD. Attitudes towards ADHD medication use by pupils are mainly ambivalent, but more positive than negative effects of medication are reported. However, what teachers say about ADHD medication is often not based on sound information; their attitudes tend to be formed by personal experiences rather than founded on professional and scientific sources. We conclude from our analysis that it will be in the interest of reducing the number of children on ADHD medication that teachers have good access to verified and up‐to‐date information on ADHD and medication so that they are better supported in making evidence‐based pedagogical judgments.  相似文献
