学术道德是学者在进行学术研究过程中应遵循的道德规范和行为准则.然而,随着学术的快速发展,学术道德出现诸多失范问题.本文首先从理论上对学术道德的内涵及重要性进行了阐述,在分析产生学术道德失范的原因和借鉴国外发达国家成功经验的基础上,提出了高校教师学术道德保障机制建设的几点对策.     

抗战精神研究综述

抗战精神是中华民族在抗日战争过程中乃至在处理战时、战后诸多问题时所形成和表现出来的伟大民族精神。梳理近十年来学术界发表的关于抗战精神的论著,对抗战精神的提出与形成、抗战精神的内涵与基本特征、抗战精神的历史意义及现代价值启示等问题作了评述,并在此基础上提出了关于抗战精神需要进一步研究探索的几个问题,以期使抗战精神的研究更全面、更深刻。
