英语阅读理解中师生互动的作用

通过实验研究探讨了师生互动在英语阅读理解中的作用,研究对象是150名在校大学生。被试被分为3个组,分别参加3种不同输入语境的阅读测试,A组阅读简写的材料,附有生词注释;B组阅读原汁原味的材料,没有生词注释;C组阅读没有生词注释的材料但可以与老师互动。结果表明:A组和C组都比B组理解得好,而C组比A组理解得好,这说明师生互动在阅读理解中起着举足轻重的作用。此外,真实材料和学生动机在外语教学中的作用也不可忽略。     

Attitude Changes in Teacher Education Students

Abstract

The major purpose of the study was to determine the effect of a teacher education program upon the attitudes of undergraduate students toward children. At the beginning and end of a fall quarter the MTAI was administered to 250 undergraduate teacher education students in the various levels of the professional programs at the University of Denver. Pre-test and post-test scores were compared. Differences were obtained (t = .01 level). Thirty-two students who demonstrated the greatest change in score were interviewed in an effort to determine causes of change. Student attitudes were changed while in the teacher education program by influences within and outside the program.     

Teacher Education Programmes and Their Contribution to Student Teacher Efficacy in Classroom Management and Pupil Engagement

This study focuses on how different educational programmes contribute to student teachers efficacy for classroom management and their abilities to provide learning opportunities and good classroom outcomes. Data were gathered from 491 student teachers attending different teacher education programmes in Norway and analysed via structural equation modelling. The results revealed the following: (1) problem behaviour in the classroom has a negative effect on student teacher efficacy, (2) students' perceptions of the integration of pedagogic knowledge and practice supports students' efficacy beliefs, (3) support from supervisors contributes positively to student teachers' efficacy beliefs, and (4) student teachers in university college programmes for primary school teaching report higher teacher efficacy than students in university programmes for secondary school teaching.

学校德育过程是由师、生、德育内容、途径和方法等基本因素构成的动态系统。在这个系统中，师生关系是否和谐、平衡将会直接影响着德育的最终效果。因此，德育过程中的师生关系成为现代德育理论研究和德育实践探索所共同关心的重要课题之一。对话型师生关系模式是建立在平等、民主基础上的新型师生关系模式，它的提出适应了现代德育发展的要求，也将是今后教育法律建设和发展的必然趋势。面向21世纪构建对话型师生关系模式应注意把握以下几点：德育工作者要树立现代人文观和正确的学生观；改革现行德育体制中的不利师生“对话”的因素；把握好师生之间的距离；要在交往、合作中实现师生问“对话”。     

Student and Teacher Perspectives in Computer-Mediated Learning Environments in Teacher Education

Rapid advances in technology, particularly with the Internet, have led to the availability of numerous tools to support teaching and learning. This study involved the use of an Internet application, Connecting Communities of Learners (CCL), in courses for prospective teachers. Unlike earlier studies involving the use of the CCL, the context of this study related to full-time graduate students who used the CCL to augment weekly face-to-face instruction. An interpretive study was undertaken to ascertain student and teacher perceptions of the learning environments associated with the use of the CCL. Through the use of the CCL, students were able to be autonomous in regard to their own learning, co-participate with their peers and the instructor, and establish and maintain a community of learners in which participants could interact with others as co-teachers and co-learners. The CCL was perceived as a useful tool for building learning environments in which all participants can contribute written texts as evidence of what is known and as objects from which others can learn.
