美国通识教育与我国文化素质教育、思想政治教育比较研究

美国通识教育与我国文化素质教育、思想政治教育都是两国依据本国社会需要、历史传统和教育实践而创造出来的符合本国实际的教育形式。在专业化占主导地位的背景下,三者作为教育实践存在如何深化通识教育的问题。应进行理念、组织和课程创新,以达到教会学生如何做人的目的。

现代终身教育,已发展成为世界性的教育思潮,我们今天,在构建本国终身教育体系的过程中,一方面,需要吸收西方社会现代终身教育理念的科学成分;另一方面,更应回顾本国的教育历史,发掘我国终身教育理念的本土资源.产生于我国20世纪20、30年代的民众教育只是建立在教育终身化,教育全民化,教育机会均等的理念基础之上.同时,它在教育目标、教育阶段、教育形态、教育对象以及整个教育系统结构等方面均显现出鲜明的终身教育特性.因此,对于民众教育的进一步探讨和研究将有利于我们建立系统完整,发展均衡的现代终身教育体系.     

高等教育国际化发展模式的反思与我国的现实选择

高等教育国际化发展已成为不可阻挡的潮流。高等教育国际化发展存在两种不同的模式:依附发展式和借鉴超越式。依附发展式的特点是照搬照抄国外先进的教育理念、教育管理体制等,历经几百年依然无法赶超发达国家的高等教育发展水平;借鉴超越式则是在学习先进教育理念和教育管理体制的基础上,把先进经验和本国实际结合起来,创新教育发展模式,最终实现超越。我国高等教育应该走"本土国际化"的发展道路,要实现这一目标,需要重建本国文化精神,建立适合本国实际的学术评价标准,合理解决人才流失问题,在国际交流中主动展现自身特色等。
