第二次世界大战后，全球性产业结构发生重大调整。美国国内的产业结构、区域性经济的结构也随之发生变化。同时，纽约市的人口构成中黑人和拉丁美洲人所占的比重大幅度增加。纽约市也同美国同期的其他大都市一样进入郊区化和大都市区化的新时代。在这些因素的联合冲击与影响下，纽约市的原有经济地位衰落了。但是，它适时地对自身的产业结构进行了战略性的调整，并据此实现了经济发展的再度复兴。这一过程对于上海的未来发展具有重要借鉴意义。     

优化产业结构势在必行

产业结构的多重内涵，其中最重要的是三次产业分类法。我国原有产业结构不合理的主要根源在于，原有的高度集中统一的计划经济体制和以阶级斗争为纲的“左”的经济指导思想。产业结构的不合理，使社会总供给和社会总需求失衡脱节，造成资源巨大浪费，经济效益低下，人民生活水平得不到应有的提高，社会主义制度优越性不能充分显现。因此，优化产业结构势在必行，以期使产业结构与社会需求相适应，使稀缺资源合理配置，实现活劳动和资本的最佳结合，形成同生产力发展相适应的合理产业结构

文章以务川县、道真县的茶产业为例，将两县三大产业的产值、当地财政收入等指标作为变量，以灰色关联度分析法分析两县的茶产业产生的经济效应。进而提出少数民族县域特色产业发展要改善基础设施设备，规范流通加工工序；加强库存、运输管理，形成物流规范体系等建议。这是在乡村振兴背景下探究特色产业在产业结构优化重组中所起作用及产生的经济效应，以期为少数民族县域乡村振兴提供一定的理论支撑。     

论欠发达地区教育经济功能的有效发挥

章针对西部欠发达地区经济、化落后的现状，以宜宾为例论述了教育在发展地方经济中的作用。着重从基础教育结合新课改渗透职教因素向乡村辐射；职业教育以当地产业结构调整和市场为导向进行办学；地方师范院校围绕当地教育发展、经济发展办出特色三大方面，具体论述了地方教育如何有效发挥自身经济功能的问题。

乡村旅游产业的发展对解决"三农"问题具有非常重要的现实意义.由于相关数据获取的难度,国内已有研究成果也大多停留在理论分析和定性研究层面,还鲜见这方面的实证研究.浦江县仙华山村是浙江省内乡村旅游开发较为典型的区域,以微观经济学的视角,采用实证分析的研究手法,从收入、就业和产业结构几方面分析乡村旅游开发给当地农村带来的经济影响,为我国乡村旅游开发提供借鉴,对实际有指导意义.
