陕西省第十四届运动会女子青少年体操比赛成绩的调查与分析

以2010年陕西省第十四届运动会女子青少年体操比赛成绩为研究对象,运用现场观察、统计、资料收集和数理统计等方法,对女子青少年体操团体赛、单项决赛的成绩进行比较与分析.针对新规则取消＂完美10分＂制突破10大关、团身前空翻取代跳马动作,以及对蹦床等项目的难点动作完成情况等几个方面进行探析并提出改进建议.     

对当今世界女子跳马发展趋势的探讨

以1989、1993、1997年国际女子体操评分规则和2000年奥运会女子跳马决赛为研究材料,采用文献研究、录像观察和数理统计等方法,对1989至2000年世界女子跳马难度动作的数量和2000年奥运会跳马前8名运动员的动作起评分、动作类型与完成情况等进行分析研究.结果表明,跳马技术发展呈现出难度的递增性.运动员掌握高起评分的不同结构组动作和追求动作姿态美、腾空高、落地稳综合技术指标是当今世界女子跳马发展的总体趋向.     

中外优秀女子跳马运动员技术水平对比研究

对中外优秀女子跳马运动员技术水平进行对比研究,结果发现,在伦敦奥运周期中,跳马已成为我国女子争夺团体、全能冠军的严重阻碍.我国女子跳马整体水平薄弱,在单项比赛中,优秀选手难度上有实力争夺奖牌,但动作质量较差,还有待进一步加强.     

从雅典奥运会看女子跳马发展趋势

以参加第28届雅典奥运会女子体操跳马决赛的8名运动员为主要研究对象,对跳马动作的难度、类型、比赛成绩和完成情况进行统计,分析出中国队在此次比赛中存在的优势和不足,为参加2008年北京奥运会取得优异成绩提供一点帮助．

通过对39届世界体操锦标赛女子自由体操决赛进行统计分析,阐述了新规则下世界女子自由体操的发展趋势,结果表明:女子自由体操成套动作的发展主要表现在多变流畅的连接技术上,以向后的空翻转体540°或900°接向前的空翻为主,多个空翻的直接连接将会有更大的发展,单个空翻类动作的使用将集中于E组难度动作,成套动作的难度和动作质量还有很大的提升空间.
