The goal of this paper is to present a visual mapping of intellectual structure in two-dimensions and to identify the subfields of the technology acceptance model through co-citation analysis. All the citation documents are included in the ISI Web of Knowledge database between 1989 and 2006. By using a sequence of statistical analyses including factor analysis, multidimensional scaling, and cluster analysis, we identified three main trends: task-related systems, e-commerce systems, and hedonic systems. The findings yielded managerial implications for both academic and practical issues.  相似文献

Research on the adoption of systems for big data analytics has drawn enormous attention in Information Systems research. This study extends big data analytics adoption research by examining the effects of system characteristics on the attitude of managers towards the usage of big data analytics systems. A research model has been proposed in this study based on an extensive review of literature pertaining to the Technology Acceptance Model, with further validation by a survey of 150 big data analytics users. Results of this survey confirm that characteristics of the big data analytics system have significant direct and indirect effects on belief in the benefits of big data analytics systems and perceived usefulness, attitude and adoption. Moreover, there are mediation effects that exist among the system characteristics, benefits of big data analytics systems, perceived usefulness and the attitude towards using big data analytics system. This study expands the existing body of knowledge on the adoption of big data analytics systems, and benefits big data analytics providers and vendors while helping in the formulation of their business models.  相似文献

Fostering positive attitudes and increasing knowledge are key success factors for enterprise systems. Training can improve knowledge, but little research has investigated the effects of domain-relevant knowledge on salient cognitive beliefs and attitude in technology acceptance. We highlight the critical role of domain-relevant knowledge in the formation of beliefs and the shaping of attitude by developing a model of informed technology acceptance. We hypothesize the positive effects of multi-dimensional enterprise resource planning (ERP) knowledge on salient cognitive beliefs (i.e., ERP self-efficacy, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness) and general affective attitude toward an ERP system. Using survey data from gamified ERP training of 248 professionals from three different organizations, results support the proposed model, suggesting that ERP knowledge is an important antecedent of ERP self-efficacy, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and attitude. We find that ERP knowledge exhibits both direct and indirect effects on attitude. Moreover, we find that gamified training is an effective means of improving ERP knowledge.  相似文献

从行为科学的视角,以技术接受模型为基础,并结合SNS营销,通过问卷调查和结构方程统计分析,对影视文化产品SNS营销进行了实证研究。结果表明:基于SNS传播的具有交互性和广泛性的信息,可以增强用户对影视文化产品的关注,但是由于在用户体验和消费者需求挖掘上的欠缺,使得用户使用行为并不能带来直接的消费意愿。影视文化产品本身的品质是主导因素,因此在良好口碑的基础上进行SNS营销取得成功的可能性更大,而在SNS基础上建立的企业社会资本使得产品具有很强的可识别性,从而能够对消费行为起到引导作用。  相似文献

Information and communication technology (ICT) developments and trends in recent years have had great impact on the banking sector worldwide. In many developed and developing countries, the use of disruptive innovation technologies has accelerated change in the way banking business is conducted, consumers being swept along with such change. However, in many countries, such as Oman, there are deep routed cultural and religious factors that cause consumers to question the acceptance of such changes. Through the use of a theoretical framework built on technology acceptance frameworks and models, and empirical evidence from key market segments of the Omani banking market, the research explores the factors that influence Omani consumer acceptance of on-line banking. The findings are significant in that trust, usability and perceived quality are deemed key drivers. This is probably not unexpected, however, what is interesting is that the market profile is skewed to middle aged users, with social standing and “herd” mentality does not affect the adoption of the technology. This, combined with the emerging mobile savvy younger generation poses an interesting challenge for the future of the banking sector in Oman and implies a need for the sector to rethink the strategic use of, and approach to, implementation of on-line banking in a way that is complementary to the cultural and ethological dimension of the market. In effect, the banking sector will need to manage the covert tension between technology driving “fast time”, and the Omani culture, religion and tradition demanding face to face “slow time”.  相似文献

企业资源计划(ERP)的员工使用意向是ERP实施成功的关键。本文基于技术使用模型(TAM),构建了ERP系统实施环境下的员工使用意向,以ERP培训、领导支持、技术人员配备和利益共识为四个外部变量进行了实证研究。结果表明,利益共识和技术任务匹配显著地影响员工对ERP系统的有用认知和易用认知,因此,提高员工对ERP的利益共识和任务技术匹配程度有利于ERP系统的有效实施。  相似文献

人们为什么会接受或拒绝某项信息技术呢?在先前提出的众多预测或解释变量中,社会规范是经常被提及的一类重要影响因素。针对目前相关研究暴露出来的混淆性、片面性、以及实证结论不一等问题,本文基于信息技术应用的特定背景,从界定社会规范的两种不同成分,即强制成分和内化成分入手,阐明了它们对用户外显行为和心理感知的两种影响机制———强制机制和内化机制,所提假设在两个实证调查案例中得到支持。  相似文献

Trust has been shown to play an important role in the adoption of information and communication technology (ICT) on an individual and firm level, but has received relatively little attention on a national level. In this paper we examine the impact of generalized trust, as measured by the World Value Survey, on the adoption of ICT products and related phenomena (e.g., such issues as Telecommuting and services such as E-Government Readiness), at a national level, while controlling for a nation's wealth. Because national trust levels having changed over time, we also examine how the rate of change in trust has impacted the adoption of ICT and ICT related phenomenon. Our findings provide strong empirical support for the argument that trust impacts national level adoption. The results are robust as we consider multiple variables and data sources. We also show that changes in trust rates are generally associated with corresponding changes in ICT adoptions.  相似文献

为探讨幸福感对商业模式创新的影响机制,及组织信任的调节作用,论文基于商业模式创新过程观,构建了幸福感、组织信任与商业模式创新三者之间的关系模型,并在50个商业模式创新团队的457份有效问卷基础上,应用跨层次分析的方法进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:(1)幸福感对商业模式创意和商业模式应用的影响均达到显著性水平;(2)同事信任和上级信任对商业模式创意和商业模式应用的影响均未达到显著性水平;(3)上级信任在幸福感与商业模式应用的关系中起到调节作用,但在幸福感与商业模式创意的关系中未起到调节作用;(4)同事信任在幸福感与商业模式创意和商业模式应用的关系中的调节作用均达到显著性水平。在此基础上,论文对研究结果进行了讨论分析,并给出相应的建议。  相似文献

运用DEA-Tobit模型对我国2009—2014年24个省市的面板数据进行实证分析,以高技术企业、政府和创投企业这三个科技金融主体为视角探索各因素对科技金融效率的影响。研究表明,随着科技金融投入的不断增加,科技金融效率并未提高;高技术企业总产值占GDP比重、创投企业数量和创投企业吸引投资金额是影响科技金融效率的重要因素。提出提高财政资金监管力度、合理配置科技资源、扩大高技术产业规模、积极引导创投企业发展等政策含义。  相似文献

Understanding the main determinants of Internet banking adoption is important for banks and users; our understanding of the role of users’ perceived risk in Internet banking adoption is limited. In response, we develop a conceptual model that combines unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) with perceived risk to explain behaviour intention and usage behaviour of Internet banking. To test the conceptual model we collected data from Portugal (249 valid cases). Our results support some relationships of UTAUT, such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence, and also the role of risk as a stronger predictor of intention. To explain usage behaviour of Internet banking the most important factor is behavioural intention to use Internet banking.  相似文献

This study presents a framework to guide managers in the ICT industry in assessing the factors that inform the decision to participate in the development of technology standards. Using multi-criteria decision analysis and judgment data from panels of experts, a robust model is developed that comprehends the essential criteria and outcomes within the context of computer interconnect technologies. The resultant, generalizable model is validated against the case of the extant Universal Serial Bus (USB) interconnect standard and found to be congruent with the assessment of the experts.  相似文献

In this digital era, it is important to make a wise course choice since the building blocks of a career starts from choosing the career-specific course. With the number of online courses available, it is tough to differentiate a relevant career-focused course from a mediocre one. Hence, the authenticity and validity of a particular course influence the career choice of individuals. The other important factor is perceived benefits. Additionally, an increasing number of educational businesses has already integrated or plans to integrate social media applications into their marketing plans to reach and attract future students, thus showing a shift from traditional ways of marketing. As the nature of this study is both purposive as well as probabilistic, a mixed method approach has been chosen. The study consists of two phases: the exploratory research process consisting of the literature review, the semi-structured interviews with information technology professionals to form the questionnaire and hypotheses. The researchers found that through personal inputs strongly influence the learning experiences, authenticity and perceived benefits of a course plays the most important role in the individual’s decision to adopt a technical course. Most firms today are served by specialized IT service providers for the development and maintenance of their business information systems. During the IT service encounter, service providers and clients interact throughout the project, exchanging information, sharing knowledge and making critical decisions. From the IT service provider's viewpoint, it is important to raise the level of clients’ relationship commitment during this service encounter as their business continuity depends upon clients assessment. Intuitively, effective communication and effective service quality, mediated by trust, are critical factors in raising the level of relationship commitment. This study proposes an empirical model consisting of four critical antecedents of relationship commitment (communication effectiveness, technical service quality, functional service quality and trust) and then tests the model using data points solicited from two global firms. Study results revealed that trust is a strong mediator for relationship commitment while functional, rather than technical, service quality is a stronger mediator in forming the clients’ trust.  相似文献

Complaint behaviors are critical to maintaining customer loyalty in an online market. They provide insight into the customer's experience of service failure and help to redress the failures. Previous studies have shown the importance of customer satisfaction as a mediator for complaint intentions. It is important to examine the antecedents of customer satisfaction and its link to complaint intentions. Online shoppers are both buyers of products/services and users of web-based systems. Trust also plays a critical role in forming a psychological state with positive or negative feelings toward e-vendors. In this context, there are three major concerns: justice, technology and trust. This study proposes a research model to combine these issues, in order to investigate complaint intentions. Data were collected from an online survey wherein subjects were encouraged to reflect on recent service failure experiences. The results from testing a structural equation model indicate that distributive and interactional justice contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and, in turn, to complaint intentions, but procedural justice does not. Technology-based features and trust are also important in determining the two target variables. The implications for managers and scholars are also discussed.  相似文献

Mobile banking (m-banking) has emerged dynamically over the years due to consumers' increased use of mobile technologies, their ever-growing lifestyle choices and also the several different economic factors. This paper proposes a new research model by extending the DeLone & McLean information systems (D&M IS) success model to understand users’ actual usage of m-banking. The research model was tested and validated using data collected by survey from 227 Omani residents. This study employed a two-staged analytical approach by combining structural equation modeling and neural network analysis. The results divulge that satisfaction and intention to use stand as two important precedents of actual usage, and the satisfaction also mediates the relationship between service quality, information quality and trust with intention to use m-banking and negates with that of system quality. We have provided the theoretical as well as practical implications of the findings.  相似文献

新产品开发作为企业经营过程中的重要环节,是企业获取竞争优势的重要源泉。从理论上分析了技术能力对新产品开发绩效的影响,以及技术管理的对技术能力与新产品开发绩效关系的调节作用。利用对151家企业调查的数据进行实证分析,研究结果发现,技术能力各要素均对新产品开发绩效有显著的正向影响作用,其中人员能力影响最大,其次是组织能力,再次是信息能力,设备能力影响较小。研究结果同时发现技术管理对人员能力、设备能力、信息能力、组织能力与新产品开发绩效的关系均具有正向调节作用。  相似文献

 在创业领域,创业者与创业投资家的关系研究一直是学术界和企业界关注的热点问题。结合创业周期理论构建了创业者与创业投资家的信任发展模型并探索了其测量量表;然后,利用334家风险企业的调查数据,运用结构方程模型验证了初始信任、计算型信任、基于个体的了解型信任和基于组织的了解型信任、基于情感的认同型信任共同构成了信任的5维结构模型,从而为今后的实证研究提供了有力的测量工具;最后,我们还发现,不同发展阶段的信任水平对风险企业获取资源具有重要的影响,进一步丰富了企业资源观在创业领域的理论研究。  相似文献

技术转移作为高校社会服务职能的重要体现形式,对高校科研活动究竟产生了何种影响是学术界关注的热点问题。本文以2008-2014年中国106所“211”及省部共建高校为样本,研究了高校技术转移对其论文产出和专利产出的影响效应,并对不同来源的科研资助(政府资助和企业资助)在高校技术转移与科研产出关系中的中介作用和调节作用分别进行了实证检验。结果表明:(1)高校技术转移对论文产出的影响不显著,而对专利产出具有显著正向影响;(2)高校技术转移对其获取政府资助和企业资助均具有显著的正向影响,政府资助和企业资助在高校技术转移与专利产出关系中发挥积极的中介作用;(3)政府资助对高校技术转移与论文产出的关系具有显著的负向调节作用,而企业资助对高校技术转移与专利产出的关系具有显著的负向调节作用。  相似文献
