浅谈电大自主学习的管理对策   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了在实际竞争中占得优势,更为了电大的长远发展,提高教学质量进一步完善以自主学习为主的电大自主学习管理,如何让学生充分认识电大学习方式,如何引导、管理、监督学生进行自主学习,如何提高学生的学习效率,如何为学生提供相应的学习支持服务体系,都成为电大自主学习管理需要考虑的问题。本文以电大自主学习为研究对象,详细分析了与此相关的内容。文章从以下三个方面进行了阐述,分别是加强对学生的管理、加强对教师的管理以及完善学习过程的监督管理制度。希望本文的研究能够给相关领域的研究带来指导和帮助。  相似文献

通过分析有向权重网络的内在演化规律,提出了一种基于网络度量的网络演化方法.演化过程分为两步:连接关系的演化和权重关系的演化.通过分析历史数据的特征控制演化过程,其中网络度量被用作控制参数.这一研究可以极大的帮助我们预测网络的发展.我们将这一方法应用于部分世界贸易网络的演化研究,该贸易网络的研究有助于世界珊瑚礁的研究工作.分析结果显示该方法是可行的.  相似文献

There is very little research that specifically looks at how autism spectrum disorders are perceived in various communities. This qualitative research was conducted with parents who had children on the autistic spectrum belonging to four different ethnic communities (White British, Somali, West African and South Asian – 63 in total) and living in the UK. The study found that the importance that the parents give to various social skills varied on the basis of their cultural background and the gender of the parent. This is an important aspect to consider while providing support and services to individuals on the autism spectrum and their family members if the services have to be appropriate for their needs. This consideration would also enable the individuals on the autism spectrum to develop appropriate social skills required within their cultural groups. This is a preliminary study and further research on the topic is required.  相似文献

This paper begins by stating that adult education is facing two challenges. First, adult educators need to help people learn to live in harmony with the environment. Second, adult education must assist people in identifying ways to live peacefully with diversity. It is then argued that currently the field of adult education is characterized by a tension between those who subscribe to the professionalization of adult education and those who subscribe to radical adult education. This tension, it is argued, can be better understood as a shift in the structure of human consciousness. This perspective is then explored using as examples the agrarian and scientific/industrial revolutions as historical turning points in the evolution of new organizing structures of consciousness. This is then followed by an in‐depth discussion of the new emerging structure of consciousness and vision‐logic, and a brief discussion of the implications for adult education.  相似文献

This paper reports on ways to think about how a teacher educator might learn. A review of the process of writing a Collaborative Action Research Network conference paper is presented, followed by a reflection on the nature of the Conference feedback. The learning at the Conference is built on by an analysis of approaches to thinking about learning. This covers how learners, both teachers in initial education and their teacher educator, might respond to anomalous data. This shows the need to think things through from the points of view of others. This difficult process is aided by conference attendance and also by adopting post-formal thinking. This post-formal approach goes beyond the formal, closed problem approach of a number of models of teacher learning to one that acknowledges a multiplicity of ways of looking and analysing teaching and learning. Evidence is presented that suggests that using the post-formal approach may be a fruitful way to think about teacher development.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the issue of how engineering programmes demand and/or promote argumentative reasoning, which is a subsequent aspect of curricular development. This was the main objective of the project on which this paper reports. This is to say that the focus is on assessment as a way to establish to what extent argumentative reasoning is demanded and mobilised in teaching and learning processes. This aim was achieved using a sample of assignments developed in courses in different Bologna undergraduate programmes at the Engineering School at the University of Porto, during the first semester of the academic year 2009/2010. Whereas problem solving in engineering constitutes a structural element in the curricular organisation of the engineering programmes and is strongly related to argumentative skills, it was possible to conclude that students demonstrate and explain extensively, but do not argue, possibly because their teachers do not invite them to do so in assessment situations.  相似文献
